Great question mate I haven’t actually tried yet… I think results would be very interesting. Even using PHG as a warm up tool before stacking session would see a big jump in numbers… I think that’s half the battle for most of us… actually getting our body up to speed, moving and warm… PHG does an excellent job at that.
Morning, yes you can hit balls with this training tool on. If working you on specific techniques and or developing some New feels I can see some benefit in that but when doing speed training with Perfect hands I wouldn’t suggest it. Any other questions?
