Masgouf is an ancient Sumerian dish, one of the most important Iraqi 🇮🇶 dishes today. It is delicious, especially with lemon.

المسكوف من الأكلات العراقية القديمة جدا تعود للحضاره السومريه العراقية القديمة
وتستخدم اغصان خشب الحمضيات كالليمون والبرتقال والنارنج هو يوجد في العراق وقليل في بعض الدول ويكون مذاقه بين الليمون والبرتقال فهذه الانواع يوخذ سيقان الشجره وتسكف السمكه وتعطي نكهة مميزه
