One question. 🙋 have a unique issue using PT Pro with my Honda CRF1100L Africa Twin. It has to pair with my phone with my dash to access Apple 🍎 CarPlay and the pair my Cardo as a headset but the app never appears on the dash of my bike and the Cardo only lets me hear sounds from the bike. No Music or anything coming through Apple although you can see it playing and it says connected or paired. What’s the deal with this scenario? Thanks so much.
Hey, that's a really great question! At this time, the Cardo Connect App is not available on Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. However, we’re always working on enhancing our app, so we encourage you to follow our social media channels for the latest updates and announcements and we will be working on your feedback!
It's sounds similar to the connection process on the BMW. I have to connect to the tft first, THEN connect the bike to my headset. If I just start everything, I can see my connection but I can't hear any music. I suggest trying to change your order of connecting.
You shouldn’t need to connect the Cardo to the dash, just to the phone. Car play is running on the phone and being mirrored on the dash, when you select a car play function on the dash it just transfers the command to the phone. At least, that how I use it and it works fine, give it a try (and make sure the bike Carplay profile is configured correctly in Carplay settings).
Listen to allt of music via my Samsung Galaxy s24+, to the Cardo Edge, but the music connection drops out from time to time. The only Way to reconnect my music is to restart the Edge. I listen to alot of other BT devices but the music connection never drops out With them, only on the Edge. Why is this? Andy solution?
How can we disable radio. Completely. I'm so tired of it going on for no reason and having to repeat cardo radio off multiple times. I don't want radio. It serves no good purpose. I want it to never come on.
Great question! Happy you asked! You can turn the Radio voice command following this: Enter the Settings in the Cardo Connect App, Audio Settings, click the for more details under Voice control, and next to the "Hey Cardo, radio on" he can disable that command.
Wish there was a way to integrate the audio to my GoPro. The GoPro only hears my side of the conversation during rides.... It missis out on some funny convos.
@ noticed that in a different video but I’m not buying another GoPro unfortunately. Idk why they can’t do an update that will work with previous models. Next action cameras will be insta360’s.
Incredible, I love my Cardo Units because nothing can compare!
Can I play music through cardio and connect the audio through my GoPro?

The satellite radio comes through the bike if you don't connect the car to the bike you won't get it@@timparish172

In the voice commands you can disable the voice command for turning on the radio, that's the most you can do as far as I know.
@stefzn_ thanks. I'll have a look at that
I hear and share your suffering 😅

If u watch their video explaining how to connect cardo to gopro, they'll tell u that u can. It just requires different steps

There do not seem to be any settings for the connection between the Cardo and a Garmin GPS. Am I missing them?
