An incredibly simple way to bake potatoes in the oven / Peasant potatoes / Ukrainian cuisine
I invite everyone to cook this easy and tasty recipe. It tastes good with meat dishes and fish, or simply with kefir or Tsatsiki sauce. Have a delicious dinner everyone and a peaceful sky!
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 1 kg.
Olive oil - 7 tbsp.
Salt, black pepper, basil, ground garlic and turmeric - to taste
Bake in the oven on the "Grill" mode
Temperature: 220 degrees
Baking time: 20 - 30 minutes (depends on your oven)
