I've been deciding back and forth if I should quit my job and just go right into my own business. I've been listening to the channel for a while and I agree with a lot of the things he is saying. From watching this video I realize I'm probably need to keep my job a little longer as my source of cash flow and let my investments fire my job basically. I'm on my way to work now dreading it but listening to this channel gives me hope. Is keeping me going. I have been stacking my bread and in the next couple of months I can start funneling my money until a few vehicles including real estate stocks and a couple side businesses.

Maybe I'm a little slow on the uptake, but you lost me at taking 10K and buying a100K home. How exactly do I get my 100K? All I would have is 10k in equity and a 90K mortgage. Probably most of the rent I would collect would go to paying said mortgage. So I need some further explanation as to where my 100K comes from.
You know that you can rewind the video or just watch again, right?
They're multiple ways:
(Slower) After 2 years of living in the 100k house (inorder to reduce capital gains tax) you could rent it out for above the mortgage and expenses by picking a good location & doing inexpensive improvements. Then use profit over time to get into another house rinse and repeat every couple years till you reach $1m.
(Faster) this takes skill and some good fortune. Picking a great location and getting a house at such a discount that you could sell it for 250k after minor improvements. Then after paying off mortgage, taxes and expenses you'd clear 100k or so that you could put into your next deal to get to $1m

Explain exactly to me how buying a 100k home with 10k down will give me 100k in cash to invest. Again, I will have NOTHING to invest. My 10K is tied up in equity and I still have 90K mortgage. Granted, If I can scrape another 10k together and do this again 9 more times, I would control 1000000 in real estate. But having 100k in equity and 900k in mortgages is hardly being a millionaire in 12 months.

Richard so many pieces don’t make sense. You take out a mortgage and how do you use that $90k to buy more properties? You didn’t explain. That mortgage loan needs paid. How does that equal cash? It’s debt.

Rubbish, how can 10k cash and 90k mortgage warrant 100k cash? Not hardly you'll actually end up with over 180k debt that will warrant 100k asset but you'll be in debt for 180k owed on the loan. How does this warrant 10k cash to 100k cash? It's impossible because when you borrow the 90k you'll have to pay back over 180k for that 90k loan. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.
