It should be an absolute that if you blur to protect you should also not blur to inhibit someone that's violent. Even if they just threaten. If you are in public, your acts are shared publicly. The public is free to decide to allow you more privacy or not. If you commit a crime, and you are caught on camera. You should not be able to wiggle out of that. You do not deserve to be blurred if you use your privacy to continue harming others. Blurring a violent offender enables them to go free for longer, I do not understand that the law has not drawn proper lines for media to help expose perpetrators. If someone asks me to blur them, they are commanding me to spend an extra hour or two after work making sure no frame or reflection captures their likeness. If you act threatening like that, you bet I'm not going to blur you. Come tell me who you are and I'll consider it.

That's a good idea. In fact I wonder how much it costs to livery a moped. Most of the guys are self employed, it'd make it just that little bit more of a pain if the bike had "John Smith haulage" or just "Omars sandwich delivery" written down the side of it in large noticable text.

I did deliveries as a second job 10 year ago. Had my share of bad experiences but I was much safer in the car. Or so I thought, until another driver got shot on a road we regularly had deliveries on. I packed it in after that.
It's disheartening to see people standing there, watching their property being taken, or their own safety being threatened and yet they can do nothing about it. If they actually defend their property or themselves, then they run the risk of being persecuted!

That's what they do in Northern Ireland except it's for the police. They ring 999, make up a fake emergency so that police officers can end up in a certain area and then get a gang to beat them up.
I’ve never had a fake order. People have to pay by card upfront, which means personal information is passed, so would be available to the police.
Of course stolen card details could be used, but why would the thieves bother when they can just wait for someone to come past.

E ai onde comeca meu. Tenha muito cuidado e segura os teus principios porque em numeros pode ser mais dificile preservar-los porque ha mais capacidade de tornar-se em monstros como eles.
Here in brazil they would skin the criminals alive. But It still dangerous here they have guns.

Plain Clothes Police! Sting operations. Tracking devices.
they are afraid of black riots (like the ones happening in USA) so they jut let them be, and the Mayor considers it as normal statistics in a large city.
@@artistadrtm whats that got to do with the video and the comment
Here in eastern Europe they would get their faces broken for such behaviour, no matter the colour, we dont discriminate, thief is a thief.
B Elder, more severe prison sentences to deter this crime of this nature.
Good ideas
Someone should set up a 'bait bike', so that when a thief steals it, a pneumatic spike gets launched up through the seat and you'll have a 'thief on a pike'. They're criminals, so I don't care.
They don't want the bikes, they want their country back.
genius
There would be a spike in the BLACK hole. Did I say BLACK, what they gonna do, STEAL this comment too?
What are they complaining for? It's just part and parcel of living in Sadiq's diversity paradise.
London has been like this for years before Sadiq even became the mayor.
so sadiq sets the national police budget? who knew!
Gouverneur-Generaal van Heutsz pretty sure it’s the Conservative party that has been cutting the police budget since they came in power and now they are cutting 700 million pounds by 2020.
@@KaKa-hz3du no it isnt
That's not how diversity works... And London was always vulnerable to this type of crime, as knowledge of it's effectiveness spreads it becomes more common. Also you're paying attention now.
I did deliveries as a second job 10 year ago. Had my share of bad experiences but I was much safer in the car. Or so I thought, until another driver got shot on a road we regularly had deliveries on. I packed it in after that.

Try to take a man's livelihood away - expect him to defend it until you stop twitching!

It's disheartening to see people standing there, watching their property being taken, or their own safety being threatened and yet they can do nothing about it. If they actually defend their property or themselves, then they run the risk of being persecuted!
That was before covid, i wonder the sort of hell they are going through now with a lot more demands on deliveries and no police or members of the public around in the streets
