They are appearing to get close to start their excavation on the new high rise condo project which is expected to start in Fall 2024 expected to take at least 4 years based on the size of the condo and the time it takes. There is also a discussion regarding to having the flexibility of hotel use due to a shortage of hotel units due to visitors from different regions outside greater Vancouver wanting to see concerts, sightseeing, touring, events, and festivals.
