Phoenix and Edgeworth really have similar paths: They both lost their badges once, and everyone pokes at Phoenix's spiky hair and everyone pokes at Edgeworth's furrowed brows.

+Videokirbyo It's only in the english versions where there are cringe-worthy pop culture references. In the original versions, they use a lot of puns because that's more prominent in japanese culture, but when they localized it, the translation team thought that pop culture stuff was more a part of american culture. So yes, it was the english patch team who put that reference in.
I'd like to know the original joke though.

The theme for the amnesic Kay sounds so sad but very beautiful!

Uncle Ray's music is similar to the "People's Court" Theme music (yep I'm showing my age now), probably why I find him so awesome.

i really want this game to have an anime adaption
I mean, there is an anime of the first 3 games, but considering some of the plot changes, it'd be difficult to expand that to Edgeworth's games.

Thinking about it again, there was a bit of brilliance to Kay's (unintentional) plan to hide out at the crime scene. To be honest, no one would have thought that she would have been dumb enough to return to the crime scene so nobody bothered to go there and look. Don't get me wrong, it was a stupid plan... but it worked.

I’m replaying this game for the first time in years and I just realized that the pony art piece on the roof (6:13) is a direct reference to Princess Twilight from MLP! If you Examine it, Edgeworth’s description makes it pretty blatant. Were members on the original writing team bronies too? It can’t be something the fan translators just tossed in there.
