    As far as I am concerned, as long as I do not have standing water, or muddy castings in a plastic bin, it is all good. The worms really thrive in a moist environment.
    Been starting new bins with soaked shredded leaves, the worms are loving all that moisture and doing great.

    It looks like the worms are absolutely loving it in there!! I was think the same thing...this bin sure looks like AJ's bins! My bins with lids tend to condense moisture on the sides which the worms take full advantage of to explore. I agree, increasing the moisture level and the amount of substrate they have to wiggle through led them to increase their population!! Great video guys!!🪱🪱🪱

    It looks like your medium is too wet, they don't want to drown, so they are climbing out.

      @@Cyclonut96 there isn't any standing water, with the lid on for some reason they do crawl. With more dry bedding it will get a bit dryer. Thank you for your comment.
