The best fish and chips is those cooked in beef dripping that some of our fish & chips shops in the north of England serve. Your portions were huge but for $28 I would expect it. Great Vlog Danny as always.

Was actually drooling over those fish and chips. Many years ago I frequented a little joint in San Francisco called Chelsea Fish and Chips. You could either take them home wrapped in newspaper or head down the alley to Edinborough Castle Bar. Have never found anything like them since.
Newspaper food is the best
I just used some loyalty points for an appetizer at NFI and it looks like the food will be very good there. Thanks for posting. I ended up going there and getting the fish and chips and I can confirm it was delicious and a lot of food.

Its been years since I have been to Nine Irishmen at NYNY but when I did eat there it was fantastic. Glad to hear the food there is still great. I just realized that I am wearing a gray knit shirt like yours just no pocket!

Thank you DTM. Another great vlog. F&C looked very good too. I'm not a medic but I have heard that taking vit K2 with vit D is beneficial.
i dont do popular trendy things... its popular that k2... but i dont take that, just v3 alone... and i havent been sick since the.... in january i was covid positive 5 pcrs in a row, felt fine..
K2 +D3 helps keep calcium out the blood stream and moves it to the bones and teeth. Also eat some fat (milk, cheese, eggs) before taking K2+D3 for better absorbshion.
That's one of the few things we've yet to try at NFI. We'll be back next month for a week while attending a business expo. We've got a couple of the BOGOs and will be enjoying dinner there at least twice. This time I'm getting the Fish and Chips.

reminds me of a place in warrenton va, before we moved to hearndon va, and the fish was just like that, huge portion, but i did have 2 huge bones in it, so just be careful of bones. its not hard to feel for the bones before you bread and fry it but some places think a filet is boneless, but its not always boneless. i have even posted, on youtube, videos of supposed boneless chicken thighs and breasts that still had bones and bone chips in them, so i have learned to feel around and remove any of that before cooking.

Unnecessarily big is right. I personally wish they would make portions smaller. It's really not fun to have more than you can actually eat, especially when most rooms don't have refrigerators or microwaves.

I ate the fish and chips there about a month ago, I got a HUGE portion as well. Very delicious, but wish I had someone to share it with, because I wanted about half with no fridge in NYNY hotel rooms.

i saw nothing like that.... but i was inside the whole time
D3 + K2 (if high doses of D). I won't make a medical statement but I highly suggest googling it especially during pandemic. That's just one guy's opinion. Enjoy life! Thanks for the video, as always!
many people think "high doses" when it is just regular doses.. the goverment did their studies back in the day when people had sunshine in their lives, nowadays most people are deficient because of the lifestyle trends so the recommended levels are nowadays not good enough for proper health for how people live their lives today...

i agree with the vit d, as it also helps to fight cancer. my breast cancer dr never mentioned it but a friend that got b cancer said her dr did. so, we both started taking it and have been cancer free for years. just saying. zinc is also a biggy in fighting cancer and virus’s so i have been on that too. although i am not subscribed, your videos keep showing up. i do miss you, was really looking forward to the get together in va, but you know… anyway, have a great rest of your weekend.
Thanks for dropping in, I would like to say that it is not vitamin D that fights cancer. The normal human immune system fights cancer regularly. The human body needs vitamin D in order for the immune system to work properly and do the job fighting cancer. So it’s not that vitamin D fights cancer, rather without vitamin D your body cannot fight cancer.
Curious, do you end up eating all that food or does a lot get thrown out? The portions there look massive. I would honestly be full off just the clam dish or 1/2 the fish and chips dish. That is always my problem in vegas, since it is hard to save leftovers at most of the hotels that don't have a kitchen setup. I will have to say, food looked good though!
How you don't eat the crust on that bread is beyond me.

@@dannythemedic the worst fish and chips they tasted greasy and stale and the pretzel with cheese sauce was like a brick..... I wasn’t going to complain I just never went back and our waitress was nasty I have never experienced that especially in Vegas
Beer park the day after was the best especially the Pretzel 👍👍
OH YOU NEED TO COMPLAIN... when we complain, we are acting as quality control for them, you needed the waitress to take it off your check, and that would have saved the future customers of that day when the chef investigates and remove the fish from inventory.. Because things happen, and as paying customers we have to say something.. thats good for US and good for the Restaurant business. :) thanks for the reply, I was very curious!

If you think Nine Fine has good fish and chips, you have to go over to Mandalay Bay and go to Ri Ra. They have the best fish and chips.

hi, the way youtube works, replies to comments are hard for me to find, so fresh comments are best so I can access them.. well, I always say: I travel for work as a medic and I will do youtube videos since I am already there, like the case of boston or my miami beach videos, but of course thats dont mean that if a video pops up, it was because I was traveling due to work.. I make videos every chance I get, work, vacation, business travel, etc etc.. thanks for watching!
