Sometimes we take life so seriously and forget that in the end no matter what we do, how hard we try, how many "things" we have, etc...NONE of it is permanent. It's best to just enjoy each moment, laugh, let go, and just BE

Don't take life too serious, what ever, you won't get out alive off it.
A good mental practice i do is to really focus on the fact that i am going to die, its inevitable. It makes all my anxiety go away and think to myself fuck it im just gonna do what it is i really wana do right now becuse im going to die anyway so no point in wasting time doing whats expected or whats "important".
Make me want to break the illusions I created for myself and standards
