I’m 18 but when I was much younger like 8 years old, I sometimes used to have a small moment where I felt extremely weird and have a slight anxious feeling accompanied by thoughts such as “I’m really a human right now” and just a general weird realisation that I’m in a human body and it used to feel weird in that moment and I haven’t felt that feeling in years but looking back at it I think it means something deeper
I used to think , aged around 7, why am I me and not you ?
Definitely had this repeatedly 😂 My big question was “why am I looking out of these eyes??!?!?” and I would sit there staring off thinking about that and looking all around the edges of my eyes until the teacher thought I was having a seizure. 😮🤷♀️🤔

Same. I also had this thing where I would sit on the swing at the playground, looking at the sky. I would zoom out from myself overhead, to where I could visualize my tiny body on a little swing, in a little playground… zooming out further until I saw the landmass, then the planet, then the cosmos… further and further out until the universe became part of a cellular structure on a particle in my eye… which would zoom out to my face, looking up to the sky… then my body on the swing, in a playground on a landmass… and the loop would repeat for gaps of time.
Imagine my surprise the first time a teacher told me that the world does not revolve around me 😂 With all sincerity, I replied, “But I thought it WAS me?”

we are one in the root essence but a plurality of distinct "branches" of the universal "tree" of consciousness which is an eternal being and source (God) exists as non-duality core simple unity "full of its emptiness" (a Buddhist view).

All my life I was suffering and felt abandoned and chased love. It was getting worse and worse and I had a moment where i thought: Stop something is not right with me. It was like some higher power was trying to tell me over and over again to make a change. It’s a quite lonely journey but I am getting better and better in forgiving and loving the ones who “did me wrong”. I feel so much more at ease. I AM love and don’t need to chase it. I treat people the way I would like to be treated, but to really love them in a sense of wanting to have them in my inner circle, I would say that they need to be in tune with my energy, otherwise my encounters with them are very brief. Thank you.

ur reality is your mirror of you reflecting back to you. So how you treat others is your reflection.
As a construct, the simulation isn't real, but mind is. So the other people - the other minds - are real in the same way that you are/yours is. The next question though, is, do all those people have minds (mind here is more a property of soul, not the physical brain) or are some of the people you see out there in the simulation actually NPCs, soulless beings, etc. Things start to get complicated so it's safe to not assume too much or use this to influence how to interact with people, as there's no way to know conclusively what the other individuals are, or are not.
Conclusively for the empirical mind you mean? The experience beyond the mind is conclusive though. I really appreciate you elegant logic 🙏

other drops of consciousness, in their own version of reality. You are always alone in your own room and come together to collaborate with other consciounesses at different times. Because there are infinite versions of parallel realities and possiblilties (potentialities) in energy, you will by your beliefs, bring to you the version of people that reflect/mirror aspects of you. To change the version of people (consciousnesses) you attract, change yourself and you will attract the version of them that is compatible to you.

I feel the problem with this is that it breeds disassociation and aversion from reality and other people, which means it's a separation from self and other.
This is what happens when these teachings get misconstrued they are randomly shared one liners in which the mind attaches itself to shift the perceptional view and call it "non attachment"...
A lot of avoidant relationship types love the whole non duality stuff.. it's great to not need to really feel others as real.

I also travelled through this part.. as long as we don't get stuck there.. everything is ever changing and there isn't anything to be clinging to except not clinging to something as truth.. consciousness keeps evolving which means all facets are to be seen and experienced from all angles to provide the greater understanding. Everyone is your self pushed out. The people and things you interact with are a reflection of who you are within. You experience from others your assumption of that person. Where you are mentally, your state of mind. There you are experiencing in your ourer world.
Your role as a spiritual teacher is not to give up the answers but cause us to think and come to realizations on our own so we can actually know for ourselves and not just riding on the backs of those who have worked for truth.
As far as could this all be an illusion created by mind by mind, I think yes.
I can imagine in my mind a lemon in my hand, I can feel its skin, zoom in on it and see it better than with my own eyes.
I can bite into and my mouth will water.
This is an illusion created in my imagination in my mind, so my conclusion is yes.
So the question why, the only reason I can conclude is simply for the experience.
I think that if you dig a little deeper into the mechanics of it, on how your daily life unfolds, things will become more clearer. I see you have an open mind and you have a natural curiosity. The answer to the why is an experience. Peace 🙏

Separate timelines. There are MULTIPLE dimensional realities and you are a multidimensional being who shifts in and out of many different realities all the time based on your vibration.

I react like Kali. Towards love I am sweetness, to illusion I am not. It keeps the maleficent away quite easy. I think the hardest thing for people is seeing the absolute way that all words are illusionary. They are figments of force, and semi-permanent by nature. If we are to be real, as in eternal, then we must not be bound by words, and thus we rest in love. 🧡

Until I woke up, in 2012, hell was other people. Since my awakening, I have enjoyed total solitude.
It's only one being that truly exists. Within that one being, there was a thought about what it would be like to be separate. But separation is impossible within the wholeness, so part of that being dreamt up the separation. It is a game we made for ourselves the rule of the game is to remember our oneness The essence of your soul plan emphasizes the equality of all souls, highlighting that no one is superior or inferior. Every soul incarnated now shares a mission to recognize this fundamental truth-that we are all extensions of a greater Source, and everyone is the same. Reincarnation serves as a reminder; individuals return as the very thing they once rejected or judged, offering a chance to embrace the very aspects they previously struggled with.

I think the 2 main issues in this life/or dream for most people are success and failure. Life can be either a heavenly paradise or a hellish nightmare.
So we go and look for books or go online to find the solutions to success, health and wellness. In my opinion we need 4 things to make us feel successful and well.
1. A family based moral compass or religion.
2. Physical health regime
3. A financial income/occupation
4. A romantic partner
Please don’t ask me the scary question to whether I’ve achieved all 4 of them 😂😅
It makes a lot of sense what you say from the regular experience. I would like to suggest you to consider that you may be freer than that. But I don't mean to stop you from pursuing your goals, just to reframe the concept of success to something you already have achieved: Being Alive. Just that realization can keep you fulfilled for the rest of your life, even when the 4 conditions you mentioned are (maybe by external circumstances) not happening. Peace and freedom 🙏
I often hear "awakened people treat others as themselves" but I could never make sense of this. There are literally thousands of ways I treat myself that it would be inappropriate (even catastrophic) if I did the same to others. Probably #1 is: I don't talk to myself out loud (maybe I've done it once or twice in my life but you get the point). This doesn't work with people -- you generally have to talk to them for them to get what you wanted to communicate. I also don't go around showering/washing other people or their teeth, dress/undress them, feed them etc etc. Also, I don't generally communicate harsh thoughts/judgements as I occasionally do to myself, eg you forget to buy something important on your way home and you remember too late and go "God i'm such a dumbass". And you're ok with this thought. But you don't go around talking like that to people, do you? So the statement "treat others as yourself" is pretty meaningless except for the trivial "don't harm people, don't steal from them" etc etc WHICH YOU DON'T NEED TO BE AN AWAKENED PERSON TO REFRAIN FROM DOING!

I did! I just approached it very carefully. The ultimate answer is an experience and you discover it by cooperating with the principle that everything you see is you and experimenting with it. In a way we see fake characters, but it is also true that there is something utterly real in every character, we normally don't see it 🙏
We as souls decided to come to this plane in order to experience emotions like anger, joy, love, jealous, envy, friendship ...if this is a dream or real is not the point, the point is what we are here for, what is our job here,...to get awakened, to get enlightened, etc,... is nothing but goals from the ego. Live your human experiences to the full and don't concern that much about the nature of the world, of course is made out of consciousness, it's not material, it's like a dream but again, that's not the point

@lucidmindrevolution well, it's like health, it matters to those who don't have it, when you're healthy, you don't even think about it. When you are out of the dream, you don't even think about what is the true nature of reality cuz you see crystal clear that there is nothing out there, and you just focus on doing your evolution 'work' as a soul living the human experience. Whether the world is real or some kind of simulation is relevant only for those who are still trapped in the logic mind and need a logic understanding of everything.
Once Neo gets to know how the Matrix works, he is not questioning all the time whether reality is real or not, he just tries to perform his best in a world that he knows that is not real. Our world is not made out of code but out of consciousness, just like night dreams.

A question: what if someone is treating others cruelly and disrespectfully, can I not try to get them to stop doing that? I do experience compassion for this person because they have had a tough life and I can understand why they have become so aggressive and critical, but how many people must suffer before I try to stop this? The world - Reality - is illusory in the sense that any beliefs human egos might entertain about it are limited and therefore not true ie. false. However there IS a reality - a single unified reality. That reality consists of a single unified consciousness which each and every one of us share. The only thing we know is that I AM, but we can infer that others also possess the exact same knowledge of I AM. And the only thing we know ABOUT the I AM is that it is loving. Love is the only reality. We are not separate beings in reality - that is only the primary egoic conceit of separation. The ego IS the simulation, the delusion thing which perceives the world as multitudes of separate beings just like itself. To love others is to love our true self for we are one being, one consciousness.

What do you mean who are these other people? Who are you? Life is not an illusion, in the sense that is not real. It is a temporary, fractured perspective. The "illusion" is that things are actually as our senses perceive them, and that our thought structures are eternal, as if our thoughts are reality.

We are surrounded by innumerable living and conscious beings -visible and invisible. But rather than knowing that they really exist and that they are as much live as we ourselves, it nevertheless appears to us that they have a less real exis-tence and that they are less living than we ourselves, for us it is WE who experience the full measure of the intensity of reality, whilst other beings seem, in comparison with ourselves, to be less real; their existence seems to be more of the nature of a shadow than full reality. Our thoughts tell us that this is an illusion, that beings around us are as real as we ourselves are, and that they live just as intensely as we do. Yet fine as it is to say these things, all the same we feel ourselves at the centre of reality, and we feel other beings to be removed from this centre. That one qualifies this illusion as "egocentricity", or "egoism", or "abamkara" (the illusion of self), or the "effect of the primordial Fall", does not matter; it does not alter the fact that we feel ourselves to be more real than others. Now, to feel something as real in the measure of its full reality is to love. It is love which awakens us to the reality of ourselves, to the reality of others, to the reality of the world and to the reality of God. In so far as we love ourselves, we feel real. And we do not love -or we do not love as much as ourselves -other beings, who seem to us to be less real. Now, two ways, two quite different methods exist which can free us from the illusion "me, living - you, shadow", and we have a choice. The one is to extinguish love of oneself and to become a "shadow amongst shadows". This is the equality of indifference. India offers us this method of liberation from abamkara, the illusion of self. This illusion is destroyed by extending the indifference that one has for other beings to oneself. Here one reduces oneself to the state of a shadow equal to the other surrounding shadows. Maya, the great illusion, is to believe that individual beings, me and you. should be something more than shadows- appearances without reality. The formula for realising this is therefore: "me, shadow-you, shadow". The other way or method is that of extending the love that one has for oneself to other beings, in order to arrive at the realisation of the formula: "me, living - you, living". Here it is a matter of rendering other beings as real as oneself, i.e. of loving them as oneself. To be able to attain this, one has first to love one's neighbour as oneself. For love is not an abstract programme but. rather, it is substance and intensity. It is necessary therefore that one radiates the substance and intensity of love with regard to one individual being in order that one can begin to ray it out in all directions. "To be able to make gold one has to have gold," say the alchemists. The spiritual counterpart of this maxim is that in order to be able to love everyone one has to love or to have loved someone. This someone is one s "neighbour".

Thank you. And I understand that. The point is that the problem is who we believe ourselves to be, that's the one causing the illusion. WE don't really even see people most of the time, just our thoughts about them. If we take off our unreal mask, every one become ourselves.

If life is a dream, then we're just lying around somewhere sleeping, isn't that equivalent to playing a computer game?
What's the point of dreaming or playing a computer game when we're missing out on the actuality of being awake? it makes being conscious pointless and an absurdity, at least until we waken up!
Here's a weird thing that happened to me once, I was at a low ebb and suicidal, I went to the local river and threw myself in, I first breathed in before going under, then as I immersed myself beneath the surface level, I took in a long deep breath and felt the cold water running into my lungs, nothing happened!
I breathed out and the water went out, then I breathed in again and by now (I suppose) I must have been accustomed to the water temperature in my body and from then on, breathing in and out (of which I did four times in and out in all, whilst immersed in the water) felt no different to breathing in air, I couldn't distinguish between the water and air.
This experience caused me to wonder if I was just dreaming after all, 'course! I'm not going to throw myself in front of a train just to see if I go straight through it, not unless I go on another real low trip at least.
I don't believe the ideas on our experiences are particularly valid, if they were true, these who appear to understand them should be able to prove it by throwing themselves in front of a train, shouldn't they?
I just think it's the mystery of existence that's confused us all, I mean... they're saying do this or do that and we'll see the evidence for ourselves, but what if we're just having a change of dream after doing something else? so who has the authority to say what is true and what is false?

Thanks for expressing your concern over me, nice to know you're on my side, but my story goes too deep for others to grasp, I've long since come to terms with this personal journey of mine, to a good degree, I've got it covered.
No! it was just a jocular quip about the train, but what I was getting at was that the extreme drowning session borne of desperation from the help I needed at the time and only received after the extreme action I'd taken, opened up a new insight into the unknown.
I always believed drowning was a form of suffocation, (probably the picture industry giving a false image of what drowning is like) so I was surprised to experience what I did, hence the only conclusion I could come up with was (if that wasn't how one drowned) that it must have had something to do with a dream state, I don't know, more things in heaven and earth... as they say!

Yeah, a beer and a chat would be good, you know what! I often think there should be institutions built that deal with these kind of things where people can tell their personal stories and shed their problems where others might have the right advice or some suggestion on what might be going on, a kind of debating forum, you know what I mean?
We've got societal orders in this world that seem to keep us all isolated from each other, like we're one another's monsters, personally I don't think it's a healthy human condition, but it's such an ancient instilment that to change it would be considered a preposterous idea to most.
As a kid, I used to think the church might possibly have been that kind of institution, but experience taught me that the church would probably be more like the kind of institution that would have destroyed any possibility of such a concept of which I've just outlined as ever being feasible.

"life is a dream" isn't a correct manner to put it actually because the dream state and the awakening state are indistinguishable in essence (from a subjective point of reference, I.e. solipsistically speaking) although these two general state are indedd quite distincted by the different quality of subjective experience but both equally are modes of one subjective experience (hence are identical in this restricted sense).
alternatively, you can put this existential insight that way: reality is a dream as much as dream is reality.
but the very use of these two distinct words as identical in meaning, inevitably generates a conceptual confusion in one's mind due the accepted conventional different meaning we are ascribing to them regularly.
language therefore becomes, again, an obstacle hence the mind is naturally inclined to create that alleged clear-cut separation of opposite concepts in a dichotomous manner (hence the fallacy of duality is derived from).
The use of these words when taken literally in a simplistic sense, creates the illusion of subjectivity vs objectivity, inner world vs outer world, real and imaginary and so on.
But the words themselves are futile and are feeding back the very fallacy which they represent in a loop.
You ask if the perception we have of "other people" is "real" ? In what sense ? You probably intend to ask if these figures which are subjectively perceived do represent or reflect objects or entities or some ontological essence which exist independent to the subjective observer or to the "I" or the witnessing consciousness? Ask yourself more fundamental question which is WHY you ask such a question to begin with ? What (metaphysical) presupposition underlie this wondering of yours ? What concept or, maybe, what sort of belief are hidden in the back of your mind ? Is it the hypothetical thought that some reality do exist "out there" transcendental to your utterly solipsistic closed-open bubble of consciousness, the immanent bubble of one's subjective experience - the "I" ?
Now wonder sincerely how come that you are able to conceive in mind such an hypothetical "external" reality which, allegedly, based on the accepted norm and convention (the common fallacy of "objectivity"), exists in itself uttetly inaccessible to consciousness, an utterly unknown plain of reality in essence (read E. Kant philosophy) with which you can not engage nor your mind is able to comprehend in principle ?
Why is it so, most often is the case, that while "dreaming", one would not even conceive such a bizzare philosophical question, to ask if the figures and objects he, as a subjective observes and the center of reference of that experience, perceive and is interacting with, are "real" ?
Why is that, therefore, that when we are awake, ostensibly, or in fact we are just "dreaming that we are awake" rather than genuinely being awake, we then wonder if we are dreaming or not ?
Why the mind conceives this conceptual distinction to begin with ?
Is that distinction our mind creates is itself actually the illusion ?
It seems to my humble opinion, that in this sense, the alleged dreaming state of subjective experience (a subjective distinction as said) is much more realistic exactly because of the reason that we don't make an attempt to rationally judge it "objectively" or to judge its "objectivity".
In what we characterize and perceive as a dream state contrary to the alleged awakening opposite state, we don't fail easily into the trap of rationalizing our experience but just remain immersed in this experience, directly involved and embedded in it, at the core of this experience, passively reverting to the most primitive state of unmediated experience which is purely existential in the authentic meditative deeper sense yet it also the most plain sense.
Once I heard that meditation is a conscious sleep but this "meditative sleep" is (and not paradoxically in essence, only to the mind) the ultimate state of awakening.
enlightenment, awakening and self-realization transcends and are infinitely beyond the limited mind, conceptual perception and languge.

Do they create their universe and we have a overlap? Are people who suffer in my reality real? Or do I create a version of them that are suffering. If yes that would mean nobody is really suffering which make sense because when we are all Gods or part of Gods in a Godly (not computer) simulation.. why would God not create it that way.. So that it seems there is a lot of suffering but not in our personal Universe for us. The question of reality comes from the mind, but the experience and understanding comes from beyond it. I was just trying to be helpful by pointing to the practice beyond the speculation.

Although our experience of each other is sort of illusory (people trapped in a body) all the spots of the illusion are also God and therefore real. In the video I'm suggesting that the real problem is that we try to solve the problem from the belief that the body/mind we are experiencing is who we are, and that gives a standpoint from where no clear solution is going to be satisfying.
I think that in order to understand the reality and nature of others we have to find ours too at the same time. So bodies are still an illusion, but you can clearly see in your experience that your daughter is something real. If the baby is real, you are real, if the baby is not real the questioner is neither real.
I'm not trying to be elusive. If you ask me in the context of the word "God" then what I'm trying to say is that what we are (the sons of God) is real, but all this world of scarcity is an illusion, because God could have never created such a place. If the world (and its suffering) is real God is not, if God is real, then this world is illusory (we are misinterpreting experience). And what we call others is a mental perspective, they are us. So what we are is real, but our mental separation is unreal. Once we practically realize this (acting and thinking accordingly) we realize that everything is God, Real, and One. We just had an illusory experience of separation between "me" and "others".

We are nothing but differentiated units of universal conciousness, assigned a quantum state inside a quantum computer simulation. We are borne out of boredom of universal conciousness to engage in this virtual reality simulation, which will end when all the differentiated units become one again🤯. Time does not exist, except between the transition of quantum states that are generated by the simulation computer. There is a counterpart of the universal conciousness, that oversee the process to keep it running smooth. All the distractions and chaos are designed to keep the simulation running forever if possible. When the simulation ends, the two parts of universal conciousness switch roles, and restart the simulation.Just some 💭❤️👍
