It takes a great deal of my time and money to put these videos up and RUclips refuses to monetize this kind of content, so if you like these kind of videos and want to see more, please consider buying me a coffee!

Thanks For Watching!
To be fair, the video you posted was owned by David Letterman's company Worldwide Pants Incorporated, and the company have the rights for that show.
You've just be lucky they never sent you a DMCA takedown notice, and letting this video uploaded to a video hosting website.
Then you expect monetization of the show you uploaded at the copyright holder's expense?
🙄
It shouldn't be monetized. You don't own it, dude lol
You could always get a real job
It is not right to make money off of other people's work. You know this. Thank-you for sharing this great moment.
🙏 thank you for this I was there in the last row
"Whoever thought we'd hear the words 'Intellectual property and NBC' in the same sentence?"
You can't take jokes away from Dave, Brokaw 😄
that wasn't really a joke... 😜
Unbelievable that this was 31 ears ago
I remember watching this live like it was last week
Enjoy the good times because they don't last forever
same!
what an opening show Dave!
The prices on these old commercials were so low. That was before greed possessed rich companies. At one point on this video Arby's restaurant was offering five roast beef burgers for five dollars. Today you are lucky if you can get one for less than 10 dollars.
i went to McDonalds for lunch: $18
chicken burger, fries, coke, ice cream
Inflation, cost of goods, shipping costs, health care costs, etc are insane. Shipping costs alone have risen incredibly.
I am so happy that I remembered this . We inhabited the planet when this medium was fresh and daring. And Bill was so outrageous and David was the Phoenix, never, tell an Aries he's finished. Just loved that theater and Paul Newman looked so much like my Dad it's beautiful to have this.
PLEASE POST MOORE EPISODESTHANKS
I have often wondered how Jay felt about Tom Brokaw appearing on Dave's first CBS show.
This one you watch on full screen 😊
I wonder what he would do with Trumspter now. He only finally banned Trumspter after Trumpster went once too many times to the Obama birth certificate....
Bill Murray was on David letterman's first CBS show and his first NBC show.
and his last ever show (and the show before)
Damn...I didn't realize what a dump the Ed Sullivan Theater had become. So wonderful that Letterman and Shaffer breathed new life into it.
Premiered on and moved to CBS OTD 30 years ago!
36:09 directed by david fincher!
Pre-9/11 stuff.😎
And Covid!
Who else is watching this right now at 10:36 pm
Oh my word, it is exactly 10:36 PM for me right at this moment
The day and month would be good to add
Angelina Jolie @ 36:06, just as a nameless model. Kinda interesting.
Kim Basinger and Val Kilmer in a movie I never knew existed, and Bruce Willis in another movie I never knew existed!!! lolol man they took some clunkers back in those days. For the record, I was 22, watching lots of movies. Hilarious seeing these commercials.
@@redwoodcoaststudio1610the sad part is Bruce can’t even remember all the clunkers he appeared in 😟😟
Hello, did you have more of these episodes of Letterman from 1993?
Yes I do, but RUclips and Worldwide Pants have been blocking them when I try to upload the videos.
@@RadioFreeGalaxysad but this upload is really wonderfull! Thanks for this!
I would be really cool to see like the evolution of the show in real time. Not to mention seeing how many commercials we still recognize lol.
Who is Michael Ovitz?
46:48 That Supra.
my dads cousin bought a new 1993 Supra
it was just under $50,000
my dad was disgusted
38:18 Fortress! lol a bad movie that was a lot of fun to watch. I actually recommend it. Some of the acting is just terrible though lol

The picture quality is so blurry
In 1993 people used VHS tape to record shows. If you taped a tape the quality went down. Or if you recorded something on the lowest of 3 available speeds, the quality was not as good. You see, technology doesn't begin with the best. It gets better over time. I apologize they didn't start with 4K. But I give great thanks to Galaxy for giving us this wonderful show. Worldwide pants should be ashamed as the Letterman Channel does not offer full shows. If it did I would understand. But they don't.
Deal with it!!😊
Intellectual property 😅😅😅😂
Bill Murray wasn't able to make any sense.
