When Pummel came out in 94, I was dating my future wife. Had this CD in the changer for months. This was definitely a favorite on the CD and one that we both liked, but didn't really understand because we were in love.
We later married and still listened to ALL through the years.
When we divorced years later, in a conversation with her, we both reflected that now we understand every word of this song.

Believe it or not, when I met the women of my life in '92, we listened to ALL (and later this song) a lot too. We got married 10 years later and after 15 happy years of marriage,, we broke up. That's nearly two years ago now and I am still suffering badly. Have not yet discovered if it's good or bad for me, to listen to ALL; but I surely know, I can't live without it. :-)
Grab a beer, listen to ruclips.net/video/VeqZnPOAeIw/видео.html and tell me how you feel! - Anyway, thanks for sharing your thoughts and GOOD LUCK! :-D

Pummel is, for me, their best work. Long Distance and Breaking Up are all time classic songs for me.

I bought the CD in 1994 at the PX in Germany because I thought the cover was cool. I didnt know anything about them. But I became and instant fan and any mixed CDs or playlists I have created since then always have some ALL tunes on it

all 3 singers of ALL are great, regardless of who they are, they give a little bit of themselves to every song they sing. Its like when you eat a potato chip, they have different flavors but they are basically just the same

in my opinion, Stephen Egerton is the best guitarist of punk rock.

Because they didn't "sell out". They love music. Its not about the money. I drank beer with Chad in Trier Germany in 2002. He sold me my hoodie. Real guys! ALL of them. When was the last time you seen a band sell their own t-shirst n paraphernalia at their own concert???? These guys are real

Met Chad once, he was nice enough to sign a shirt I was buying, after talking about some shows, he gave me the shirt for free. Everything All/ Descendents is the best, singers, albums, shows...Thanks to Bill for keeping going all these years.

well, I think that ALL performed on MTV because of Green Day's popularity wich opened up the doors for punk rock being on the media in the 90's

@MsWillange - sorry but you're both wrong. During their formative period the band claimed as influences such pop-punk bands as Mr. T Experience, Radon, and Tempe's Horace Pinker. Eventually, spurred by bands such as Sunny Day Real Estate, the band began to experiment with slower tempos and more varied song structures. As they began writing songs and touring in the indie scene, the band encountered like-minded bands, such as Christie Front Drive, Sense Field, and Seven Storey Mountain, that were working on similar sounds.
