This year was my daughter's first Christmas in the US and my husband's and my first time blending 2 different cultures. In Switzerland kids generally open presents at night. Christkind (Christ child) bring presents also. While the family is eating dinner Christkind shows up. We did Swiss Christmas on Christmas Eve and English Christmas on Christmas Day. Santa and Christkind spoiled our daughter to much.

Yuca is cassava. Flan is made of eggs, milk and sugar. Flan generally has cows milk, evaporated milk and condensed milk. I love flan!
