Sagat looks like a really good char and fun to play as in this game, the speed at which you can pursuit knockdowns with Tiger Crash is impressive (ofc it doesn't hold a candle to characters like Rosso, but I never liked his playstyle much).
Most combos are impossible to do in real life, in tool assisted speedruns, the player can make crazy combos by using savestates and rewriting imputs in order to execute combos as quickly as possible. Most TASes, in particular fighting game TASes, are usually made for pure entertainment, unlike traditional speedruns which are usually done to complete the game as quickly as possible.
