It was after completion of the film Lata had arrived & was stunned upon hearing madanji's amazing voice but eventually had to replace it with her voice ..! I didn't know that Madanji was such a great singer. I was thinking he is a great music director. I salute him for giving us so many beautiful songs, that has made our life so greatful and lovely.

मदन मोहन जी की बेजोड़ और दिल के तारों को झंझना देने वाली आवाज़.
उनका... माई री मै कासे कहूं... यह गीत तो बहुत ही लोकप्रिय हुआ था.
नैना बरसे वाला यह गीत शायद उन्होंने ऐसे ही बैठे बैठे गाया होगा, तभी यह. अधूरा अफसाना रह गया.
काश मदन मोहन जी ने कुछ और गीत भी गाये होते तो वो भी S D Burman और Bappi Lahiri जी की तरह एक नायाब गायक / संगीतकार वाली श्रेणी में होते.
उनका संगीत उच्च कोटि का है.
लेकिन उनको कोई बड़ा अवार्ड नहीं दिया गया. या कह सकते हैँ कि अवार्ड नहीं मिला क्योंकि उस दौर में अच्छे संगीतकारों की भरमार थी. उनके बीच में प्रथम आना बहुत कठिन था.
मौसम और लैला मजनू के संगीत की जबरदस्त अपार सफलता को वो देख नहीं पाए.

I have been repeatedly listening to this song in both the voice of Lata Ji and Madan Ji but Really it so beautiful and magical that it never bores me it is much much more appreciable...
I mean whenever I listen this song just flows with it...
Really such songs cant be replaced ...
It's filled with both the fillings of haunting and romance.....
Such a beautiful mingling of feelings are really not found in todays music....
They are really wonderful.....
