I’m trying to perfect my Donald Duck voice, and are you using your tongue to do Donald’s voice? Because I can’t form words if I put my tongue between my teeth or on the top of my mouth etc.
A bit late to the party, but as an avid voice imitator I want to say that you made understanding the feelings and organic elements I naturally have while in the voicing mood easier than any video I've ever seen. I have a much better understanding of the Goofy voice now. Great video!

I think it’s harder to do if you focus on the little things. It’s really hard to try to raise your tongue manually. I find that’s easier if you just try to imitate the voice look up clips of Goofy and correct yourself until it sounds right.

The larynx for Goofy is probably extremely important to be mindful of in prosody because even though it moves both up and down it’s NOT variable. You gotta figure out when in his speech the larynx rises and when it drops. All while the raised tongue and the soft palate are the two components in his resonance stay exactly where they are. That combined with the moving larynx is what gives the voice the Goofy sound
