Simply 'A Classic' I've been a fan since I was a kid...63 now and still a fan, his popularity has come and gone with the times, however his voice has never faltered, now in his 80's few have the same record. I'll never forget seeing him in 84 at a small venue 'in the round' in the fifth row. What a GREAT memory ... On my bucket list was to see him again but not in the modern mega venues, couldn't afford to get premium seats and being 100 yds away is not palatable nor do-able in my physical shape, so I remember 'the day' and enjoy the great singer of the ages he is...wow his cover of George Jones...He stopped loving her today just came on...50 years and I missed one...love it...

At the Caesars Palace. 2x in the 90s in Temecula, Cali., at the Pechanga Resort Casino. Although I am 20 yrs younger, back in the days Tom became my first man crush. Still loving you 💗 Tom Jones. I was blessed to see you 3xs. Have 5 Albums and a really great photo of you in 1980. I blew that photo up to an 8x10 and framed it.

So glad to hear Tom say "I'm never gonna fall in love again" is one of his top favorites , because he has made it my most favorite sad song in the world , since it is very much like my marital story. Thank you Tom, for putting so much into the real emotion that belongs in this wonderfully touching song. I've been playing it so many times (since I just recently discovered it), when my unfaithful husband walks in for meals +to converse about daily events , he is getting more +more angry. I guess he feels guilty for all of the cheating on me that has made me decide to just not have any more risky intimacy with anyone anymore. This song is a reminder to both of us that adultery ruins Earthly intimate happiness between spouces . I think the only way to desensitize myself to the hurt is to listen to the grievous tones of others who have felt the heartbreak of betrayal .
