@@acediaethos4469 it's going to get better. Don't feel alone. U have support🙌 just don't give up. All we know by paramore lifts my spirit up. I would meditate thru the whole album. Any music works. Positive music. Some songs have a different effect.
The quickest way to get out is to act normal. Don't do anything wild. Remain calm. They'll have you see the psychiatrist and normally they are the ones that can sign you out but you can't be a threat to yourself. Go to the groups, write , meditate, dream journal. Just don't try to hurt yourself
that's the thing - i know i need the help. ect is my last chance at stabilizing and keeping myself alive - if i leave i won't live long. i just feel like this place will immediately undo any benefits the ect brings me
@@acediaethos4469 stay strong. You are a beautiful person that has alot to live for. Dream journaling can be helpful fun and euphoric. Days 1-3 are usually the hardest but not that bad. It's just trying to adjust. And movies might be fun.
ive been to countless psych wards too, and i agree, it can be crazy. but nowhere has ever been like this place. it's like being locked in a room with someone who's been trying to kill you for ten years, with no way to distract them or fend them off
@@acediaethos4469 do they let you go outside. The ones I went to I couldn't have a phone. So it made the notebook more valuable because I went through a dopamine detox from being bored. I don't take the meds because they made my anxiety flare up. I would feel like on edge and restless with the anti psychotics they gave me. like I couldn't sit still. Everyone is different though. A nicotine patch calmed me down but I'm not suggesting it. Keep uploading videos too

I been to the wards. 1 successful escape. Like 3 failed attempts. And those 3 attempts they shot me. It's crazy.
