Thank you for this video. I have Essentials, but for digitizing, I have different software. I have a 12 needle machine called a Happy Voyager, by Texmac. The software is called Stitch and Sew, by Compucon. It came with the machine package I got. I have never learned to digitize, but I have looked at the digitizing part of the software and it seems similar to yours. You have inspired me to not be afraid of it, and to just try. My son has started a business and has a logo, so he wants me to do some t-shirts for him. I am going to learn, and do that for him. You have shown me that I have nothing to fear, and that I can do it. Your videos really inspire me and I am a new subscriber. Your no-nonsense, fun approach is very nice. I appreciate it very much.
@@PattyAnnesPlace I am, too. I am 69. When I started embroidering, I was not good on computers. I am much better now. Also, the company has put out some training videos; I always thought the training was very lacking. Even the manuals seemed confusing. I even bought some digitizing videos put out by John Dear. It is time that I learned to do this!
Thank you so much for this great tutorial!!!! I love the chick appliqué so cute!!! Please do more videos of appliqué. I learned a lot. I have Stitch Artist 3 but not used it much. I can’t wait to learn more. Thank you so much for teaching us!!!!
The material stitch is only necessary if you want to cut the material in the hoop. With precut fabrics you can do without. You don’t really need it when you iron it on the fabric.
