I'd like to se how your platform compares. Especially when you can get Vapi down to $0.06 per minute and ~800 ms Latency

How much do you charge your clients at minimum for set-up the agent's?

This was an interesting video for sure. I never heard someone say documentation is overwhelming that is funny, espicailly good documentation at that. Same thing with options, if you don't want multiple options, just don't use them? Also I think your off on the suport for sure, they are pretty helpful. Granted a company should only help you so much. I think the main problem is people think they know how something works, but they don't...then they complain.

I tend to agree, I'm just starting out and I was leaning towards Vapi, but now I think (for the time being at least) I thinking Retell. Surprised Synthflow wasn't in there? and Callfluent is making big claims behind a paywall....Many thanks for you advice and experience and I would be very interested in looking into your new platform and if it can help me get off on right foot...

Synthflow has a very unfriendly pricing especially for smaller players or for some one who wants to run a pilot. $29 for 50 minutes and then it goes to $400 + per month. Not a bad platform if you have $500 budget per month to test stuff around with Voice Agents. Other providers for about $20-$30 you get to figure out if the platform works for your use case or have a meaningful pilot with a client.

    what about air AI?

    • @aisimp

Lots of amazing claims but the price of entry is $1000+ and based on the community response, the quality is worth than VAPI or Retell or Bland

@@aisimp ok I have not used any, looking for what to use.
Air AI says free but it is some $ 1000 set fee?

    • @aisimp

That was the previous pricing, something to do with getting a license etc. Too complicated for me. I think you get a free limited trial, with providers like VAPI and Retell you just set them up and you can go in production.

Synthflow is the only good one a bit pricey but if you can't pay $400 a month then you shouldn't be in business anyways.
