Well, I now wish I had seen this wall during my days at MTU. I had been to Lake Linden numerous times; either on foot, or on my salvaged Schwinn bike, or in my 1977 Chevrolet Caprice Classic, & the last car I drove in the UP before leaving: 1977 Chevrolet Monte Carlo nick named "Rusty Chevrolet", after the song by Da Youpers.
I like that name 😊 I wish that maybe someday you could get to see it.💕🌳🌳🌳
So enjoyed this video. You are of a warm and gentle spirit. You truly are a breath of fresh air! Of course, liked and subscribed. What is your first name? And your dogs name? Your English is superior to my Korean. Thank you for taking the time to share with us. Please take the best of care. Ciao Bella!
Thank you so much!! What a beautiful interpretation of video. My name is Suyeon(수연) and Soonie (순이) is my furry baby. Thank you for subbing!!💕🌳🌳🌳

I know where this is but thought you had to get permission as it is on private land. Can you confirm if this is true?
As I know it is private property and open to public until that I visited 2 years ago. I am not sure now then🤔

I took a physical geography class back in 1969, but I have some hazy memory of hearing about similar rock formations being common in our Western States. I think they are created when a vein of igneous rock remains after softer materials erode away. Any Geologists out there who can confirm or correct?
@@paulmoore7064 there is one RUclipsr research this rock formation and reached out geologist and have very good interpretation in her video. Her channel is Alexis Dahl. Video of “What made This Giant Wall”
Would this information help you?
@@brokenenglishhiker I have followed Ms. Dahl on RUclips before. Surprised at myself for overlooking her as a resource. I will look her up. Thank you.
You are welcome 🤗
@@brokenenglishhiker I found the Dahl video on this subject. I was wrong; sedimentary, not igneous, fault line uplift, not lava extrusion.
