Depends on the age and growth of the plant. General rule is once a year. Twice a year for faster growing plants and once in 2 /3 years for older plants.

Q2- How do we get to know that the plant needs a repotting or it needs only a good dose of nutrients?? Q3- Also pls advise easily available fertilisers for adeniums like bonemeal is available but rose fertiliser, I am confused with. Also frequency of giving nutrients? Kindly help🙏🏻🙏🏻😊
No.1. If the caudex is getting soft........2 possibilities ( I) the plant is running with shortage of water for long time . Then water it. (2) There is problem in under the soil, may be root rot. Then uproot the plant--- cut the rotten root--- apply fungicide -- dry in shade and repot in new media. No.2. It depends on your repotting schedule. General rule is repot once a year. Repot twice a year for very fast growing plant and once in 2/3 years for old final plants. No.3. Don`t be confused. Fix a fertilizer program. Rose is available in my local market. It`s organic. Try to find a balanced organic fertilizer and try it. As for frequency of fertilizing follow the rule - Adenium loves little but frequent fertilizing. You may apply in 3 months interval.

You have not given any description of the plant except its age. Ok, repot it in a one size bigger pot.

If you want seeds, let the pods ripe and dry, harvest it and then repot.
