Nice presentation of wiring. However, there is also an error with wiring of socket outlet. The arrangement of wires to 3-pin socket outlet should be always the same. I am not sure about the Philippines regulation as I am more familiar with UK one but if the Protective Earth (grounding) pin is pointing 12 o'clock, then the live (hot) wire will be connected to the pin on the right and the neutral (white) wire to the pin on the left. On your diagram, there is no consistency in terms of connection of wires to the pins. Hope it helps.
Question. If there's no existing Earth Grouding installed on My Circuit breaker. Can I still install earth grounding to be able to follow the standand electical wiring? Sayang lang kasi binibili kong mga outlet na with grounding kaya useless mga 3-plongs power plug. Again, is it possible to install or to add? Pano po gagawin? Appreciate if you can create video to follow tulad ng video na napanood ko for wiring installation. Salamat po

Here at the phils both lines are hot measuring 110v each line L1 and L2.

This installation is not recommended in the Philippines only in Europe
3 fuses a 16 A for the whole house is enough. I understand why in the PH they juse so much material wire and pipe what is not nessesary
