I'm a 90's kid as well. I remember watching Aladdin, Beauty & The Beast, The Lion King, etc. all in theaters when they came out. I wish this set would come to America! Do you know if this will work on American Blu-Ray players and what aspect ratio are these?
@saintsjordan This specific boxset is Region B, so it will only work in European players, and some special players that can play any film (be it A, B or C). Each major country (US, Canada, France, UK, Germany, Brazil and Australia) got its own releases. They all got Lion King 3D separately, and the US/CA/UK got a non-3D Bluray release for the first film. The Australia trilogy set is region-free, and it's the closest to this one.
I Feel Like I'm The Only One That Understand Of The Theme With The First 2 Lion King Movie's When I Was Younger But Honestly Not All Children Will Not Understand The First 2 Movie's But Some Children Might Understand So It Kinda Depends But I Honestly Agree With You
@StarDr0ps Its full 1080p Aspect Ratio: 1.78:1. I think it depends on what Bluray player you have. I use a PS3. A lot of Blurays are region free, so it may work. I think there is a trilogy set out in America, but it is a bit more expensive as it has all versions included: Bluray 3D, Bluray, dvd and digital copy. Really do recommend it though, looks beautiful in HD.
Lion King is always at the top
I wish they'd make a box set of the TV series "Timon & Pumbaa" as well, that was one of my favorite shows growing up.
I got mine from HMV when it came out. I bought it from the store so i was able to see it before i got it . It's a great box!
