Thanks - it probably isn't, I guess. Blue R. is a pretty small place now that I remember it. Maybe Clearwater is the crew change site in those parts.

@DieselSmoke92 Blue River is the start of the Clearwater Sub and the train is heading into it.

I think it used to be but I'm not sure if it is still currently. Every time I'm through there I never see a train stopped on the sidings.
