Hi Anthony, if you're not using the package/fulfillment process, then Zoho Books/Inventory will primarily track your "Accounting Stock". Accounting stock is decreased by the creation of Invoices, and increased by the payment of Bills.
@@Zenatta Thanks. I am using the shopify integration so does this synch the stock levels with the accounting stock? I suppose to make this clear I am looking for the simplest way to invoice my shopify orders and update stock levels. I do all the pick, pack and ship in shopify so don't need to send any customer docs from Zoho. Any thoughts?
Hi - If you invoice a sales order without using the package / fulfillment process do the inventory levels get updated and if so at what point? TIA

As long as you set up inventory in Shopify first, then you will be fine.
