Hey, you can try Rich's whipping cream. I use it and it's good. You can also try tropolite if Rich's is not available. There's one shop, Arife LaMoulde near Andheri station and in Crawford market. You can check them out.
Buttermilk makes a good eggless cake and by adding vinegar or lemon juice to buttermilk, we can make a buttermilk substitute. The reaction between acid and baking soda makes the cake fluffy. Chach bhi aap dal sakte hain plain wali, doodh and vinegar ki jagah
In microwave melt the chocolate for 30-40 seconds then take it out and stir it , it will melt . If microwaved for more than 40 seconds it will burn and become lumpy.....
