Hi em, you need to add a little bit of the hot agar liquid to the eggs and then add the eggs to the rest of the hot liquid. If you add the eggs all at once to the hot mixture, it will scramble the eggs. Watch the video again at 1:34 as I show how to do this. Good Luck em!
Hi Yen, it sounds like the agar agar isn't fully cooked and so the gelling properties aren't activated. When this happens, you can boil the mixture again and allow it to set.

I did let it boil longer on my second tried but it still not completely set either.
Did you use the agar agar powder or something else?

Try adding more agar when you reboil. I added more and it helped. The agar I used said to use a whole packet for 6 cups so idk maybe it needed more
