I'd like to add few things from my experience as somebody who did repeat and re repeat in Xylem. 1) Don't go there believing the ads or whatever. Remember, it is an entrance coaching institute and not a fun place. 2) Demand a good hostel nearby to the campus. Otherwise trust me, you are gonna regret. My first hostel was around 15 km away, close to the new bypass where it was always full of dust. I couldn't even open the windows. This year I got a really nice hostel located in a really nice place, also with balconies and stuff. It really influences your studies. 3) Food is not really a pleasant experience. Trust me, you'll understand. I've heard that food in Brilliant is really good. So if you are somebody who cannot adjust on food, give it another thought. 4) There are a lot of restrictions like in any other institutions. Like you'll get screwed if you are 'caught' seeing talking to any other gender during intervals or even in the mini mart. One time, my friend was publically bashed, in front of many students, by a sir who is in charge of discipline, simply for talking to a girl. 5) The mentors are not really as good as they claim. It depends on who you get. There are mentors who even keep track of your marks as well as others who don't even know your name. Its pure luck. Like I said, this is an entrance coaching institute, not a college. But I can say, Xylem is much different and better than any other places. Its just that entrance ingane okke aanu. It is stressful no matter what anybody says. So keep your mindset likewise and go. Otherwise you are gonna hit reality which you might not be able to bear.
Certainly, as a teacher at Xylem, I can confidently state that it is an excellent institute with a strong focus on student-centered education, placing a high priority on fostering a positive learning environment. The institute boasts exceptional facilities and a remarkable faculty lineup.
