"Trap" in english comes from French guys who were Hunting by doing ... traps... in French we called them "Trappeurs" and that's how the word became english
In fact "une trappe" is something dug in the ground , hidden by a secret door (like how we go in a basement from the outside) or some branches and leaves from the wood. You will figure easily how it can be useful to hunt without staying at the same place to maximise the outcome , that's why they were popular

François Damiens is indeed Belgian, he did higher education in business and did his internship in Australia, so in truth he speaks pretty good English (but he doesn't use it in his sketches, of course^^). He first performed his pranks in Belgium then when his face became too well known in Belgium he officiated his pranks in France. After a while he was recognized everywhere and simply became a film actor, mostly in France, first in comedy, then in all genres. He is sooo good! The tattoo shop is one of my favorite pranks, he plays a tattoo artist and does anything with angry customers, you'll love it!

I love his sense of humor. It's clear he's had to risk getting punched in the face several times. 😂

the tattooist is a good hidden camera filmed at Tintin's, one of the most famous Parisian tattooists, the customers don't know what to think anymore

1:00 There is a difference between "ces" (which means "these") and "ses" (which means "his"). Le français est parfois bien compliqué...(c'est ce qui fait sa beauté aussi)

The trap is in France, and as you can see, French people are less patient than Belgian people. (As seen in the previous video) 🤣

    Hi Uncle D, 🌴🌞
    “François Damiens traps these tourists.”
Here “piège” (un piège ⇽ noun, piéger ⇽ verb) is not in its nominal form, but in its verb form conjugated in the third-person singular (je piège, tu piègeS, il/elle piège, nous piégeons, vous piégez, ils/elles piègent - watch out for the acute accent and grave accent on the first “e” following the personal pronoun preceding the verb ⇾ Il pi - è - ge - Nous pi - é - geons - Un pi - è - ge - Pi - é - ger - the pronunciation is different depending on the accent above the “e”).
Yes, I agree, French is very difficult. What the mess! 😅
"Quand un Américain critique la façon de compter de la langue Française" ⇽ please, react to this video, so funny!
    Peace, folks. ☮👈😎
