my sad pleasure Eddie my friend...didnt know he'd passed. This song was a hit back when I was in junior high! Always loved this song, have good one bro... Rock!
Nice Job Mike..this is ONE TOUGH guitar piece with lots of quick changes and jazz chords! I've been playing for 50 years (15 professionally on stage) and I tell ya , I wouldn't have taken the time to figure out all these chords like you have..now that I've seen you play it I still have reservations ..but .I MAY try to learn the song from your lesson now ..even that will be a challenge! Thanks for the help!
Thanks for the lesson! I started playing the year this came out, and learned pretty much all except the walk-up into the chorus and a couple of bridge chords and never got around to learning those. I found on the bridge just play the C7 bar chord all the way and drop my 2nd finger onto the C# bass (diminished, I think) makes it easier to play. Thanks again!
thanks mike...I wish i could jam with you ,,you have showed me a lot of tunes.. i knew the chords.. sorta.. but i can't hear them without the Bass,.. sorta..lol. ty
My pleasure gems... I think that title originally comes from a medieval poem, 'for if there is any good I can do now in this world let me do it for I may not pass this way again' Obliged to you for the kind words...Rock!
Regrettably Lakay, I no longer have the capability of doing those type of videos, I do everything from my smartphone now. I wish I could put the chords on every one of my lessons but alas, no...
Hey - Thanks for helping me with "We May Never Pass..." I did some slight revisions and added how to do the finger picking. Let me know if you are interested - eugenemagee54@gmail.com. I'll have it cleaned up and in a pdf in a few days.
Just heard of Jim Seals passing at 80 and decided to look up this song.
