I LOVE LOVE LOVE Ailee! She's the reason I started watching the Immortal Songs show and then came across SeungYeon just this week and O. M. G.!!! She's absolutely fantastic!!!! Her voice is perfect!!! I still love Ailee of course, and she doesn't smile "fake", she always smiles, okay?! Nothing wrong with smiling while singing! She's awesome too but SeungYeon is hard to beat!!! Anyways, Korea has a LOT of great singers! I really enjoy watching this show! ~ YeyeG.

I agree that Son Seungyeon got robbed vs the Sohyun Junho married couple and she deserved a win there. And I am a HUGE fan of both Ailee and Son Seungyeon (Although I'll admit I have a bigger bias towards ailee) I will, however, remain very objective when I say this Seungyeon is a little above Ailee in terms of dynamic powerful performances, her energy just goes off the charts. There's a mix of song choice, audience, and sensitivity here though. First off, the background behind Irona "Move" by Yoon Bokhee was seen as an offensive and forceful title by the older generation, and most of the audience consists of adults or people that lived during her prime or her legend. Secondly, although Ailee might lose in energy and level of power and skill (slightly), Ailee definitely bests Son Seungyeon in terms of sincerity and sensitivity. Which brings me to Ailee's song choice, "Everyone" is literally one of the most famous songs from the previous generation of Korea, as compared to Seungyeon's song choice. Not that I blame her, I personally love "Move" a lot. Ailee was even complimented as having given the "best" rendition of Everyone so far by Yoon Bokhee. Simply put, what Ailee loses to Son Seungyeon in terms of energy, range, and power, she makes up for in her ability to move a rigid heart with softness in addition to her already powerful vocals. I think it's really just experience. Of course, the kid chorus brought her a long way too lol.
