The Cleveland Cavaliers have remained pretty steadfast in retaining their "core four" this offseason. That's Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland, Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen.
They signed Mitchell to a contract extension, which silenced the trade speculation surrounding him. Garland was also mentioned as a potential candidate to be moved, but it's looking more and more like he will stay put for now. Mobley is considered a significant part of the Cavaliers' future and may even be untouchable (he may even land a new deal soon).

The problem with DG is that playoff bb is much more physical and it’s a half court game. He needs to get in the weight room this summer. LeVert is not a good 3 point shooter and is too ball dominant.

I hate how when Cavs fans talk about DG they say he needs to make the all star team or average more points or any bullshit like that. We should not care about the regular season at all. All that matters is the playoffs and DG has choked in playoff & play-in situations to this point. There’s so many big guards across the league and offenses attack DG at will. He’s a complete defensive liability and can’t even get past Al Horford in an iso…Cavs won’t get past the 2nd round with DG and that hurts me to say. But if we’re going to keep the guy what needs to happen this year is Mobley needs to grab him by the shirt and tell him I’m the 2nd option of this team lol.
