Thanks for these excellent (and quite timely) uploads. I wonder what shrfu is saying ... it looks detalied and important. It seems to be about either his right (lower, "outside") hand or it's relation to the opposite foot, or else his waist or maybe even the center of the circle. If I were immortal, I'd have the time to learn not only bagua, but the Chinese language, too. Even though I have no idea what he is saying, I definitely can and will use this video as-is to inform my practice and improve my form. What shrfu is demonstrating here is almost too simple to understand - he makes it look effortless and like common sense when it is really the opposite. It's beautiful to watch and an invaluable resource to preserve. Presenting this in pieces is an especially useful touch, by the way, and makes this difficult material much more readily digestible.
