Thanks for the info. Just updated the firmware in my EP801 motor, but will have to wait on the app software to actually control the motor. Looking forward to see how it works.
Have you had any issues with the EP801? I’ve been getting non-stop E914 errors on my Ekano 2 AL, got the last 15 or so miles. Shimano said to clean terminals, which I have done many times with cleaner spray… Waiting on callback from Propain.
@@matthewlramsey sorry to hear about ur issues... Since the update I've have had no issues...I did have a bad motor and wire harness when I first got the bike but I spoke with propain and they told me to get it to a shimano dealer and it took some weeks to pin point the problem but I got a new motor and a new wire harness.. Seem like propain have thier hand full at the moment.

@@mark1john was it throwing error codes? I think we got our bikes around the same time, ordered mine Jan 1, delivered end of April
@@matthewlramsey no it's wasn't throwing error codes...after I wash it, it would not power on... I got mines in end of November last year
