    I've never made a Smash Burger before. Ik, cardinal sin of owning a Blackstone. I just love my Medium Rare Pub Burgers. I unfortunately don't get those very much. I usually use Frozen Patties. I put my patties on my onions so the juice gets infused into the burger. I think that smash burgers are a way for restaurants to cut back on how much burger you're getting on your Hamburger. Each ball is between 3-4oz. They try to fool you by making it a double. I like 1/2 to 3/4lb burgers. So I'm not a fan. I also like them Medium Rare which you can't get with a SB. I can't with my frozen patties either. That's my 1cent. Good Video. They looked good. I hope they tasted good. Be Blessed. 😊 Shawn

      @@shawnmcdonnell1779 hey Shawn thanks for commenting and watching! I got to thinking about the recipe as well, I think the key is very very slin cut onions. Which mine were not the “thinnest”. We enjoy frozen and bigger patties on charcoal grill as well! Take care!

    I saute mushrooms, and jalepenos along w onions. Put on burger w light mustard and some A1 sauce. 💰
