Gindring Waste, Indonesian Street Artist Tell Us About His "APOSTATE" Art |

Gindring Waste is a street artist based in Magelang, Central Java. His journey started in 2008 when he did graffiti with iconic characters such as Misfits, which are often combined with striking but intriguing messages, a satirical comedy that became his trademark. His works often become controversial among the public, because he often brings up intolerant issues in Indonesia.
Recently Gindring held a Solo Exhibition entitled “WASTE EM ALL” in Seoul, Korea organized by Locarpet Craft. As a continuation of the project, we are making collaboration products to show another way to enjoy art by combining the creativity of murals from Gindring and hand-tufted rugs from Locarpet Craft.
