Good hunt Ryan, half dollars are fun. I’ve found several 1964 90% silver Kennedys in “machine wrapped rolls” so that was fun. I’ve also found my fair share of 40% silvers too, and NIFC’s, which I look for. Actually just last week was my first time going through half dollars in like six months.
Welcome back quin! Nice to see you hunt the halves! It would be cool for you to find some silver! As always, good luck and can’t wait to watch this video
By the way, 2021 and 2022 halves weren’t NIFC-the Fed ordered them for circulation for the first time since 2001. There are rumors that the Fed ordered 2023 halves for circulation, but I haven’t seen any yet.
Yep he knows now, he stated that in his video saying that he accidentally mentioned 2021 being NIFC’s. But hey even though they aren’t they’re still cool to hold on to
I started hunting halves for silver a couple months ago. I've gone through thousands of dollars worth. Never found any silver in machine wrapped rolls but I did come across a couple dozen 40% ones from the drawer of a local bank that was customer wrapped. I've found a few errors though, double dies and no fg coins. It seems like you guys had all the fun there was to have a few years ago.
I think it were people live and IF your bank wants to get them for you. I promise to take them to another bank after I check them. They say they are stuck with them otherwise...lol
What!? I’m 13, and found like 4 Indian cents in machine wrapped rolls in the past 2 years :D so yea you get back out there into CRHING if you still find it fun :)
I just went through $500 in half dallars. Found no silver, a few nifc, alot were marked just like the ones you found. I did find some very nice keepers tho.
I feel like gambling is the inly reason they still mint 50c pieces. Only time ive seen o heard of them being used, is in casinos, and at dog/horse racing tracks
I can only get half dollar boxes in the town I currently live in. Silver is scarce now a days. Found a 1970 half dollar and a 72 D no FG in a recent hunt.
i can't stand anyone who marks up coins ... i dont get the point, they think it helps them but does it... they will get the same coins from the bank regardless and they get mixed in... just ruins the coins for others who might be interested in them.
I love the content you’re the one that inspired me to coin roll hunt keep up the work

I am a huge fan of your vids, and I think you should do bill searches. You can find star notes, fancy serial numbers, and old ones.
Love the content :)
Thank you!
Great video. I wish you would’ve got some thing. I love the coin quest. 👍
I Love Quins Coins !!

Halves are very hard to find right now. Surprised you found any at all.

@@djphilclose Same here. My bank will order them for me as long as I don't bring them back after hunting.
Love your videos. Are there any without the ridged rim?
Ordered up the mats🎉
Thank you for your support!!
I saw a bicentennial half dollar in the video. I hope you kept it!
They aren’t worth anything
It's been 5 years since I've coin roll hunted and was wondering if there's still anything out there. I might just go for it now.
Thx Quin.

Keep an eye out for the 1987 half dollars, they are considered as NIFCS
💘🖐Heyyy Quin Hope you're enjoying collecting yours Fun xo🎠

Yep that sounds about right! Good luck on the next hunt!
I wish you showed more about the designs of the coins. I don't live in America, so I have no clue what there is around.
I got my very first box of nickels and half dollars. I'm half way through the half dollars and have found 116 NIFC half dollars.
👍
Is a 1936 Canadian penny worth anything
yes. about $4.50 CAD
@@CamplifewithJake what about USA
$3.50
Or $4
If it has a dot below the date, only few are documented, and it's worth millions. 😅
5 banks
Why 1987?
I feel like gambling is the inly reason they still mint 50c pieces. Only time ive seen o heard of them being used, is in casinos, and at dog/horse racing tracks
No casinos use them anymore because they are easier to fake then dollar bill readers that read the strip
I believe the 2021 are not NIFC, may check for yourself though.

Imo, half dollars are the best for junk silver stacking
Yeah, this is probably still the case!

Is it possible that coin with the X carved in it was used as a prop by someone doing a Two-Face (Batman villain) costume?
Hey Quin is back, great finds!
Thank you!
