I feel like they chose the song "Every breath you take" especially to tell us that the Mind Flayer is doing exactly that with the group.
Most people hated s2 but s2 and s4 were my favorite seasons..the part where eleven closes the gate is one of the most badass scenes she has along with some other's... I feel like most people forget that Eleven is still slowly learning how to be normal as she's kinda got that speech problem where's she's slowly learning how to form sentences and knowing what things are along with emotions.

Most people hated S2? I don't believe that at all. Haters usually make a disproportionate amount of noise
But Eleven is also basically irrelevant to the main plot for most of the season haha I mean, it's Stranger Things, all seasons are good. But I have to say S2 is not my favorite. I personally feel that none outdid S1. I'm pretty sure it's an unpopular opinion though. All I've seen are people raving about S2 and S4 haha
Haha we're absolute opposites! My favourites are seasons 1 and 3. But this one was great too, just a bit too dark for my tastes.

Yes, Hopper has legally adopted El and no doubt every bit the father type and is extremely protective of her, maybe even a little too protective of her but she is loved. Also, yes. Both El and Hopper wear the blue hair ribbons from Hopper's daughter who passes away and they both wear those ribbons from here on out. Steve is amazing and is one of the most loved characters of the series, you can see that his "friends" from the first part of season 1 were like a cancer to him. The seasons from here on out just getting more and more scary and even better.
21:55 people don’t talk about this moment enough. El nearly went like. Supernova or something. Lights went bright MILES away from that lab. I mean. Hop’s cabin!?? I cant explain the full body chills I get every time there’s an Eleven scene like this. In ST4 they were basically constant
i didn't like 'lost sister' until i watched the series a couple times. now it's one of my favorites of season 2. it was imperative to find out more of El's backstory, how she got to the lab and that there was at least one other child there. and i think it was really well done. i don't have a favorite season. they all have their own flavor and issues and monsters, but most of all they have that little tribe of heroes who love each other above all things, and that's the heart of the show.
The Duffer Brother’s have a great video where they speak about all the 80’s movies they pay homage to in the series. They always knew they wanted a big school dance like in Pretty In Pink. This is one of the best episodes IMO. And the music really starts to become part of the show in this one.
Not to mention the very clearly exorcist themed storyline with Will

Thanks for the great reactions. This is my favorite season. The job Noah did cannot be praised enough. It was not only an emotional portrayal but it required a physical performance. He also had to be Will and possessed Will and the face acting in that shed scene is so awesome. I don’t really care about the romance between Mike an El (still don’t) but that reunion was everything. Steve was a definite highlight of the season.
Even though season 3 is my least favorite, there is no bad season of ST. I look forward to the upcoming reactions.

7:05 I'm shocked nobody said anything, and it's literally a year later, but it's suggested that Hopper's exposure to Agent Orange during the Vietnam War might have been the probably cause of her getting sick, like many children did at that time. There's another post that said it was because he pushed for chemotherapy, but I don't know about that

I'm a huge HUGE stranger things fan and I'm always watching reaction videos because it makes me appreciate how incredible it was the first time I watched each Episode. Watching you guys see it all for the first time is really awesome, I love to see your shocked reactions to what's happening and think back to when I watched them all! And with no idea when season 5 will be released this is what I'm doing until then! And it's also so great to see reactions to seasons 1 and 2. They're hard to find! In regards to Max's parents, her mom is her biological mother, the father is her step-father not her real father. Steve's character development gets better as the series goes on. Season 3 sets the show up for season 4, and season 4 gets very dark and has a very horror vibe.

Every season in Stranger Things has a different style and it is most obvious in Season 3. This one will be similar to stuff like movies from Edgar Wright, so get hyped as that always will be an amazing time

I've watched and liked every every reaction to Stranger things you guys have done so far. And I love it! ❤️ I'm so happy to experience this show again with two of my favorite reactors.🤘 I love Steve too even when he was a try hard dick. 😅 Not trying to spoil anything but Steve's progression into an amazing friend to the gang in my opinion is one of the best story lines of the entire series. You're not alone, I also think Mike is annoying as well. 😂 In the next seasons look forward to better pacing of the show, way more action and amazing set pieces plus new and old characters that might surprise you. My favorite season is season three but the best season so far imo is Season 4. That's all I'll say to keep it as vague as possible. I'm looking forward to finishing this series with you guys!! I feel so bad for Will. He got kidnapped and trapped in a toxic world for about a week, got back and was frequently haunted by that same world, possessed, and due to the connection felt the pain of being burned alive from the inside several times, before being literally burned in order to get the creature out of him. He has had no rest this season, only trauma. He deserves all the happiness in the world.
Mike sends Will to dance with some random girl. But then he seems surprised when Will actually goes to dance with her. And then they decide to show him with a similar sad expression next to Dustin who is currently heartbroken. Hm. Interesting.
Also, the snowball happens and the lines seem to correlate with the characters. The Duffer Bros said they made sure to have specific characters appear when specific lines in the song came up. "Every smile you fake" and the camera pans to Will awkwardly smiling with a random girl and seeming really uncomfortable? Will Byers, I know what you are. Fun fact, in the original script of the scene, it mentions that even though Will is dancing with the girl, his eyes are always on Mike. He even looked at him when the girl asked to dance. Hm. Will faking a smile around a girl and staring at Mike instead of her while they're all dancing. And his S1 character pitch was about being a boy with "sexual identity issues". Very interesting. Do with that what you will. Can't wait for S3.
