Gringo from BH here. I saw this house on other channels and still my only question is: why the f there are windows and not sliding doors until the ground in the rooms. People searching for a casa linear want connectivity of the entire house, easy access to the rooms/ home office etc. And the reason here is because of the jardim in front of the rooms (bugs, dirt etc)???? That’s why you take away an incredible amount of functionality of the house? Other casaa linear have there a 1-2m pathway and then the jardim begins. Problem with „dirt and bugs“ solved. Also where is the overhang over the windows? Google Maps shows the rooms are pointing to the west and in and around BH the wind/rain almost always comes from the west. So with basically every rain you can’t let the window or shades open because there is no overhang. Just horrible easy mistakes but looks like design was more important than functionality. Such unnecessary mistakes, just this two things are turning this house from a „oh nice, I think I may wanna buy it“ to „hell no“. Please don’t make the same mistakes on your next casa linear

Como criar um produto exclusivo para alguém que ainda não foi definido tendo tantos elementos que interferem neste contexto... Esta casa em específico, foi vendida em 15 dias e o novo morador é um arquiteto renomado que se encontrou nos detalhes. Então, mesmo tendo o construtor oferecido algumas possíveis personalizações, para o comprador, não foram necessárias. Isso é sensacional encontrar a pessoa certa para o produto certo! E que sejam felizes, comendo aquelas deliciosas jabuticabas!!!!
@ actually nice to have the conversation here but just because someone bought the house don’t answer my two big questions: why chose the architect windows instead of doors in all of the suits? What was the architectural advantage of this decision? Why not put sliding doors instead of windows and let the person buying the house choose how/if he wants to use this additional functionality of better access to the suites? Why taking away this decision/flexibility with putting windows that ends 30cm above the floor? And the second question is why there was no consideration of the wind/rain? Takes two minutes to find the lote on Google Earth and the windows of the suites are all facing west aka from where the wind/rain comes from. And yet the architect chose to not add an overhang for rain protection, again taking functionality away. Would just love to hear the reasons for this because this decisions make no sense for me.
Havia visto esta casa em outras imobiliárias, agora com a visão e info do construtor, ela se destacou ainda mais.
