Once I opened a bag of chips and there was only 15 chips and I was really hungry and my teeth were sore because I just got my braces and that was the only thing avalible that didn't hurt to eat and I started crying because I wasn't going to be home until like 4 hours later, but we ended up getting Dominos on the way home (still took 4 hrs because there was a holiday) so I didn't eat til like 11 and it was miserable

Steel coiled tape measures have 2 modes, one for pulling against the catch at the end, and the other having it pushed against something, the catch is designed to move so it works correctly for both uses. In the video they were comparing it wrong.
Measuring from the wrong side of the hook would lead to a constant offset along the entirety of the tape, you wouldn't have a situation where one tape has the 10 cm mark at around where the other has 9 and 20 at 18, that would only happen if the spacing is different between the two.

if you wanna find a REAL transparent png, when you see the image smaller in the grid it should have a white background but when you select and it gets bigger it should have the checks (?) behind it. trust me ive been doing this for almost 6 years now it works. however if you take an image that has the checks background both in the grid (smaller) and selected (bigger) views it will not be transparent. if you want you can experiment with this theory but so far its worked for me every single time. youre welcome c=
