FYI, Roasting and Broiling are two different things in US ovens. I tried 10 mins of Convection Roast at 400 degF for a 2.5 lb fish and it didn’t do much so I continued with 8 more mins of Broiling until it turned crispy on top, and then I flipped it around for another 8 mins of Broil until it was crispy on top. Came out lovely.

I watch eat with que and she eats this fish all the time in nigeria, but hers has grilled veggies inside foil, do u know when to add the veggies inside to keep everything glazed and crisp. Thanks
This looks very tasty but I have never thought about cooking a whole fish before. I might try this recipe. Love seeing it was flaky was this edit wrong it said in 5 mins??? No way it had to be longer.

@@CookingWithClaudy you put it in the oven just like that or all the way at the bottom ? I think I’ll use aluminum foil once I put it in because I don’t have that rack only the one that comes with the stove 😫
