Can you get the 30 without being a supervisor?
Do you need to have the 10 before getting the 30?

You can't get the Osha 30 without being a manager, but it's expensive. The Osha 10 and 30 are unrelated. Even you get your 10 it doesn't make the 30 any shorter.
