There is a ways to go about it; for the eyebrows you can shape/pluck your eyebrows to look like the characters, and for the eyelashes just use a good mascara and make sure that its not clumpy. But the thing is down the line (if you plan to really get into cosplaying and other things theatrical etc etc) you should familiarize yourself with how to cover up your eyebrows effectively, and learn how to put on eyelashes etc. Also with contacts (or lack there of) they can really make or break a costume, so they are something that you should ( ease into, don't just go out willy-nilly and buy some random pair of lenses, start off by seeing and consulting your eye doctor and then go from there) Okay i hope this helped.
