    Gurgaon is investors driven market for now. Kaun si connectivity badhiya ho rahi h Gurgaon me? Abhi habitation to aane do vahaan sahi se… Noida me focus rakho, it’s gaining pace which will be consistent.

      Hello, Gurgaon is basking in 20% YOY rental yield and is home to ultra luxury projects. With key infrastructure projects like Dwarka Expressway getting completed, connectivity to its micro markets are set to increase further. Although, Noida is also showing signs of growth, which has been mentioned in the video.

    Jab sabke haath se price nikal rahe hai to khareed kaun raha hai?? Jawaab hai Investors! Investors wo hai jo end users ko dugune rate me property chipka kar nikal jaate hai aur end user thaga rahta hai. Yahi ab ho raha hai. Land price + Cost of construction + Marketing sab mil liya jaaye to Noida Extension me project cost 3000 - 3500 Sqft hai, jo aapko 10000 rs ki bechi ja rahi hai.. aage aap samajhdaar hia.

      Exactly, there are hundreds of new launches in a year and there is no way we have that much of end users in noida. These units are traded like shares with no demat account.

      @@Geekyvlog look at launching price in Noida Extension 9500 - 10000 Sqft. Who will buy them in this price here while they can get way better living in gurugram. And for the investment propose nothing is better than Yamuna Expressway.
