This channel is all about snipers, sniping and FPS shooters! I mainly do Battlefield Sniping but I also play Call of Duty, Battlefront and I love Battle Royale. I often play solos, duos and squads on my livestream. I have 1000 hours experience in every Battlefield and I hope to play more FPS games in 2020. I hope you enjoy my sniper gameplay as much as I do making it.

Default ftw. I find it so much easier to calculate my target's range and movement when I can see both them AND their surroundings. The thermal, whilst making the subject easier to see, it blends all of the surroundings into grey matter. Top notch content my duder

A tip that recently helped me identify targets while sniping was to disable motion blur, depth of field blur and turn off the "film strength" in the settings. Suddenly all gun fights seemed less hectic and I was able to focus my shots and spot small movements at a distance much easier.

Because half of his shit is opinion based and because he sometimes is vert wrong about things. He isnt the greatest sniper in warzone and there are definately better tips than these. This should be common sense for anyone who snipes. Not so common sense is that you can reload cancel to shoot faster and that the HDR isnt the best sniper for squads simply because its meant for longer distances but you shouldnt waste bullets shooting at people who are too far away because you cant finnish them. Hdr is the best for solos and ax-50/kar98k is for trios and quads (and duos when they come out). He is a battlefield sniper talking about battle royale sniping and i can clearly see it. This guide would apply to basically any shooter game with snipers but nothing really specific to this game. Not hating him or anything but his content just isnt that great usually

Sometimes it feels like i shoot through the head (even with bots) but most time i think i miss because im aiming to far in front of a running target (again played BF V too long). The HDR with the pro barrel gives very little bullet drop and a fast velocity. It'll feel a bit weird coming from BF V (as it did for me). One way to see it better for yourself might be to use recoil control attachments in a plunder game, and hold the aim after taking your shot, so you can see the travel time and drop. Then switch back to ads speed attachments

Stodeh, something to mention in relation to your just look around your screen comment. Humans are one of the best in the animal kingdom at spotting MOVEMENT. You aren't looking for a character model all the time... You are literally looking to spot movement. People wonder how I spot so many people... It is this exact method. Just look at the your screen and don't focus on anything in particular. You will spot movement much more efficiently this way.
Thank you for your gameplay. You are the best sniper in pretty much every game you play.

    1. Find your sniper, for now either pellington or tundra is good (as i got tundra with the vulture zoom.)
    2. Keep a log of your shots, say mil dots, range, enemy speed, trajectory. ( 2 mil dots right, 200m, running, flat or how many mil dots curved down.)
    3. Stay prone and BEHIND COVER, have a good shot but dont be in the open.
    4. Use the breathing technique it gives when you are sniping, this improves accuracy a lot. Also pull back on the trigger before you shoot but to when it is almost firing. When you have a shot lined up, shoot.
    5. NEVER USE THERMAL SCOPE, i get it, you wanna spot them easy, but you get more zoom without it, FIND YOUR RETICLE, not only will this help you hunt people, it will help your shots so much.

I'm gonna be honest, my sniper game is shit, it's literally the worst part of my game but one I do want to improve. Thank you for explaining in detail and having video that actually corresponding to the material you're trying to teach, most guys just seem to make vids so they can showcase their footage and not really teach. snapping is the important one.
I dont know if you noticed, but guys like Stodeh rarely let their aiming hang on a target, even when hes tracking and adjusting, he still kind of snaps (his aim doesnt linger on the target, he usually takes his shot as his aim is still moving up). Noticing this is what made me a better sniper: I always seem to hit my headshots when i track and aim upwards, as if snaping.

Damn bro a lot of small and very useful tips. It's extremely dense and I absolutely love it. Here are all the notes I gathered from the video:
Spot EVERYTHING. Spam it. It is a mini wallhack for a few seconds for the whole seconds.
Zoom → SPAM SPOT → Shoot
    .
    3 Types Of Aiming
    :
    - Tracking
    - Adjusting
    - Snapping
Aim For the head if they are stationary, aim for the body if they are moving.
Snapping less precise but can be clutch.
From far away, study their movement pattern to make sure it's consistent. Don't shoot immediately. If they zig-zag towards cover, aim at the cover. Generally, speaking the closer to cover, the easier to predict.
Let your enemy take the first shot, hold the angle when he is coming for round 2.
Baiting shots in the open, is risky but possible. Move unpredictable and pretend you haven't seen them. Let them be cocky, suprise them.
When under fire in a bad position. Keep jiggle peeking to try and get a down. This creates a big opening to move ahead since 1 down + reviver is busy.
Jump sniping is very easy in this game compared to others. Strafe Jump from cover while ADS, take the shot when you land for full accuracy. Rechamber Jump. Rinse & Repeat
    Threat priority
    :
    - When an enemy is running in the open, take the enemy at the front closest to cover. Their friends are longer exposed.
    - The enemy that is aiming at your squad over the enemy that is easier to hit.
    - Keeping your squad alive > getting +1 kill.
Always assume somebody is aiming at you! NEVER STAND STILL.
You can rechamber your weapon while sprinting if you start the rechamber ***THEN*** sprint.
Better when you aren't spotted yet: Even at close range, try to get the opening shot with your sniper and then switch to your other gun. You never know if you get a headshot as an opening.
If you have trouble spotting, hold your crosshair in position and look around the screen. Notice small changes.
When sniping from inside a building, switch angles every time you shoot. Try baiting snipers to shoot your angle first. Use the environment by opening a door or smashing a window then shoot from another angle.
Make sure that if you peek an enemy sniper, he isn't watching your angle.
Highly recommend that you take a default scope over a thermal scope:
    - Extra attachment slot
    - Thermal is better with spotting initially but can be easily countered through glass and cold-blood.
    - The default scope makes fights more consistent instead of slightly better in some.
    - You don't have reduced mobility.
Treat every player with respect. Assume everybody is pro. Complacency will be your downfall against a good guy. It makes you better in the long run.
"Winning a gunfight in an FPS isn't always because of your skill but also your opponent's mistake." - Great quote as the cherry on top of the cake.

I like to head peek really patient snipers so that I have time to adjust because most less able/average snipers take their time. I think the AX-50 is better for more aggressive sniping and will win against an HDR if both players are skilled. The speed the AX-50 provides with the assassin stock and granulated grip tape allow you to preform well even when your caught off gaurd as opposed to the HDR that may be easier to use but you are easily punished by a good AX-50 user.

Thanks for this kind of content. This channel should have a lot more subs.

Whats the point of marksman rifles when the HDR rules above all long range guns. Also why is stodehs voice so calming?

    • @tienathua1820

      because he's a soldier in gaming :)

because he is on tranquilizers to lower his heart rate.

Marksman rifles, or the Kar98 to be exact (the other ones are obsolete), has it's place sometimes if you focus on mid range sniping because it's very snappy and easy to handle but overall the HDR is a better choice. The Kar is a very niche weapon but it's fun to use.

    • @Nod_L3g1oN
      @Nod_L3g1oN 4 года назад

You must understand that current game is in beta. The HDR is bugged and as other weapons got tested - the recoil and spread is bugged too.Just try yourself out crouching and fire with some rifle (not sniper ) and then standing and firing. Currently all problem been reported and complained about and nothing been fixed so far.We only can hope that some day we see a fix...So far we haven't seen anything near on fixing the weapons. And we have current bigger issues with game stability and crap lags-server.

A good tip for all those thermal users is to use the thermal hybrid on your main gun, so that way you have a normal scope and a non glint thermal for quick looking.

  • @sepfirem
    @sepfirem 4 года назад +1

for thermal i usually allways o thermal first IF my team gets realy fast loadout then swap to regular scope from random loadout drop later in the game when people have their perks. has worked so good for me atleast

These vids are really helpful. Especially when you slow down the video. It helps a lot in understanding when we should be releasing the trigger. I've been trying to get into snipping and I've always been bad at it in the past. These vids help a lot.
Could you please make a vid with the same effect where you slow it down. Itll help a lot in understand when to shoot and also where we should be shooting for long range kills???

One extra tip is that if you use a lethal or tactical as soon as you shoot, then cancel it, it will make bolt action snipers shoot slightly faster. On Xbox you shoot then instantly press RB/LB then Y. It decreases the delay between shooting and starting the bolt action animation 👍🏻

A tip from me would be to not armor up in sniper battles...if youre safe on a roof with cover and teammates up there and loose your armor, its sometimes a good idea to not armor back up. In a sniperbattle youre either not get hit at all or likely to get hit in the head and gonna get downed anyways with armor... i lost alot of matches, because i ran out of armor after an extended sniper battle.
Obviously dont do this every time youre in a sniper battle, but there are definitely situations thiscan be useful in.
