Video Idea: how about a Video about Weapon Combos that fit to certain Legends. To example Revenant with the havoc because he can sneak up on People and the Bochek to because it's also silent. or Rampart with the Spitfiere and the Sentinel, because the Spitfiere is a powerfull LMG and the Sentinel Packs a hard punch when you combine it with the chargeup and the Walls.
I've never played with an octane that didnt inevitably overextend and go for the crazy (stupid) play resulting in them dying and then pinging the 2-3 enemies right on them 1000 times

Caustic is criminally underrated rn. He got nerfed a while back and it seems like everyone ditched him but he’s still super busted. Good on every map and controls the flow of every single fight. I started playing him tonight and I’ve won 4 ranked games and 6 casuals in one night with a 4K and a couple 3ks

Pathy’s grapple is one of the reasons I love this game. It is so satisfying flying around the map or surprising an enemy by flying behind his cover.
Finally someone giving octane more love. When used smart he’s an incredible flanker. Able to reposition and get angles like a mad man. And his Stim has saved me from third parties and clutched up so many times. And being able to strafe that much faster is honestly insane. In the wrong hands sure he’s D tier. But in the right hasn’t he’s at least a solid A

The ease of use of each legend is often overlooked. Octane: press Q to run fast, Blood: press Q to see through walls. On the other hand Gibby, Horizon etc need a lot of practice to get the most out of them.
@@stephenscales353 yeah that’s very true. I think he’s one of the best in learning game sense and focusing on gun skill, positioning ect. I only started playing again season 12 after not playing since season 1. I tried bloodhound but my game sense and positioning was terrible. I just thought he was cool. But I relied on his scans and froze without it. When I started playing octane I became much better and made it to diamond 2 my first run at ranked
Octane + Shotgun = Fear
octane is a great skirmisher legend, for playing solos on worlds edge for example hes fantastic for repositioning and running circles round your enemies, makes me happy, hes in a rlly good spot rn!! 🤨😁
I feel like lifeline is still viable, she’s the only character that can res and it still be a 2v3 for every other legend you have to take yourself out of the fight to res leaving your teammate to 1v3
I feel like with the nerfs octane received a while back, it's ok to decrease his stim damage to at least 15. Taking 20 damage for a tactical is a bit much and which is why he isnt chosen for high ranked play now. He's still a very good legend, so he doesn't need any changes until the weaker legends get changed first.

Make mirage a recon character, make whoever shoots his clones get scanned for like 3 secs. People are gonna hesitate to shoot mirage much more. He also scans beacons.

Another counter for mirage is seer’s exhibit, the clones leave white footprints while the original leaves orange footprints

Mirage tip: if you are holding ordnance his tactical will run normally unlike how it usually is use this tip and remember bamboozle the foozels
Honestly I would like to see Rev get buffed/reworked. I think it'd be fun if you could move around like the shadows in Shadow royale when you enter the totem, at least the running speed. This way you wouldn't need to pair with a movement legend to use his ult effectively. Right now his ult is just so underwhelming and you need comms with your team to really make the most of it. But Rev would rather work alone so this doesn't quite make sense to me.

I feel like even experienced players get bamboozled by a good mirage though. If you know how they think, then you can get inside their head. His hidden passive is that everyone underestimates him. I genuinely think if you play him smart he can be pretty viable in many situations.
Revenant helped me so mich in flanking and stuff he really grew on me i would give me a+ to S tier to since hes such a good aggressive with making your opponent not being able to escape from him
i think it’s funny how when valk launched people thought she was balanced, A tier etc. now she’s S+ and OP when she’s only received (minor) nerfs, but I get that the combination of new map and people learning to use her has made her more prevalent.
that said, i do agree that she’s really powerful. i just REALLY hope they dont mess with her passive jetpack values. if they want to completely nerf her ult and her tactical, fine by me. but it feels like she has just enough fuel and speed to be a really fun and unique legend.
i just hope we dont have a repeat of where octane’s jumppad and rev totem were the issue, and respawn nerfed his stim damage. nerf her tac and ult, just hope they leave the main jetpack alone.

100% agree on everything you said
I’m a Valk main. I’ve been playing her since release and actually got to masters 2x last season using her. If anything should be nerfed it should be the rate at which the ultimate charges. For those unaware - the Valk ult charges while your using it and repositioning. I can be using my ult and by the time I land on the ground the ult will be 15%-20% charged (quite a substantial amount if you ask me). As much as I don’t want her to get touched I do think balancing her out so her ult doesn’t charge back up until she is completely on the ground would be a fair change

It's just as the Rampage. Everyone in S10 was blinded by OP Seer and L-Star, and when they both got nerfed everyone suddenly realized

Agressive Crypto's are honestly A+ tier. The constant intel you get is amazingly powerful and really helps you know if you should push or not plus his EMP is soooo good and unexpected like noone expects their Gibby dome to suddenly go down
He is really good but getting the emp off is the hardest part. I kind of miss being forced into the drone bc I could move it in position faster, but being able to quickly use the drone and get into the fight or use it to scan an area while you loot is a good buff. I think he would benefit from being able to throw it farther or direct it while he is not on the drone similar to how Newcastle plays. What do you think? Also what team lineup do you think is beneficial to a crypto trio?

As a new player, I’m definitely becoming over-reliant on Bloodhound’s tactical… I’m still learning the maps, and I feel like I can’t see properly without the scan lol. I think I’ll give Ash a try when I save up enough LP
I did the same. Started as bloodhound then went to Ash I recommend it for sure👍🏻

When I stopped playing as seer, I felt so naked without his passive heartbeat ability
I think that's a good thing that's how you play bloodhound. Sometimes those scans scare the hell out of a team 😆 keep playing him and try and find when the best time to scan is and read the language of the enemies
By far the best tier list maker in the entire community. You never judge the characters on bs stereotypes like almost everyone else does. Also love that you’re giving credit to just how awesome Newcastle is! I think this is bold to say but he’s definitely my favorite and the most balanced legend they’ve released yet!

A comment you had made about Valkyrie is that "it seems they want her to remain strong" is something I thought of once I saw the patch notes: Imo, and I think in most people's opinions, she's a bit too strong, I'm not a huge fan of her character personality which only makes it worse, but her gameplay strength is ridiculous.
So why did they not nerf her? It's a theory of mine that we'll end up getting a Valkyrie heirloom this season. We've already seen in progress work/animations of a Valkyrie heirloom, and I think right now is when she is the most popular and strongest she'll be.
So they'll leave her as is while getting rid of cheese spots that legitimately shouldn't work for this season, release the heirloom and people buy it, and then start bringing her down to a more reasonable level.
I think the tier list is great and a "great" tier list doesn't mean you agree on all points, but I do like hearing differing opinions and points people have. One thing in almost every tier list, is that A tier is balanced, and S is a bit TOO strong. So seeing her in S in almost all tier lists makes sense to me and I think a nerf is warranted, so I'd say be careful about buying the heirloom if it's for Valk this season, really think if you'd enjoy it and her if she was considerably weaker.

wattson’s pretty good when you are quick at what youre doing. I use her traps a lot mid fight, i place one down before the enemy comes to shoot, then connect it to somewhere that i know the enemy will step on or be nearby. This gets them “shocked” and its really beneficial when your health and bullets are low!! :)))))

I love fuse. It’s great to see that he’s getting some love and is finally moving up the ranks. He’s probably the most fun legend to play imo
Honestly for those with high IQ and low gun skill fuse is the best to win gun fights.

@@frederikjensen5723 Im the same way. It sucks because all of my friends play PC and most of them play like they’re streamers. Using Octane & Horizon and constantly pushing which isn’t great for me because I play on Xbox 1 so my game is just slower, putting me at a disadvantage.
I do much better when playing at my pace as it allows me to be tactical. Battle Royals were made so that teams would play smarter, as you need to stay alive or its game over, unfortunately most people don’t care about that and rush into dumb fights with no cover that are easy to third party and then I have to go because I need to stick with my team. Having an ounce of patience is such a foreign concept to them unless its very late game.
Wattson is fine for last minutes of a game. I camp in a building in somewhere in the circle and build fences everywhere then drop a pylon. She can make very powerful defensive area, it is good if you entered top 5 and want to be champion.

I didn’t start playing Valkyrie till the second split of Season 10 and oh boy to I regret not picking her up earlier. I have never gained kills or wins as quickly as I have with her and the amount of mobility you have is unprecedented. Only downside to her is switching to another legend, as I just feel slow and heavy lol.
Dude, the amount of times I’ve tried to double jump after switching off of her is embarrassing lol
I played her once she dropped because I was a Northstar player in TF2. I always thought she was great but people were sleeping on her.
I don’t think she needs a huge nerf though. She’s borderline perfectly balanced. The nerfs to out-of-bounds play should fix a lot of her more egregious issues.

It makes my heart so happy to see Rampart placed so much higher on the tier lists now. She truly is a great legend and even was before the buffs. The buffs just made her even better. I’m also loving Newcastle already from the little bit that I’ve played him.

I still feel like mirages passive is actually kinda good. I’m the kinda person that is a combat medic, except I don’t like lifeline. I just love being able to go in, res your teammates, and go back out without anyone realizing.
Great list, I'm still a seer main though, having a seer on the team is so useful because you can listen for heartbeats before pushing a building....

I use him in Arenas: his passive means you don't waste your Tactical scanning an empty area.

They should give mirage like a flashbang effect with his ultimate and add different actions pre assigned to his tactical and shorten the cooldown and mirage would be great.
His original ult of invisibility until attacking was so sick. He’s never been the same for me
As a Fuse main I literally clicked to the "Amazing and Best Legends" and was like if Fuse isn't in here he's still being under rated lol. Happy to say you gave a spot on and perfect analysis of him. His Knuckles in most cases are 90% of the time more useful than a Maggie drill, not to say that he is 100% better than Maggie, but tac wise for sure.
One genius tactic I've picked up with Fuse is ulting respawn ships right as they stop to drop whoever's being spawned. If anyone remembers the videos where you shoot a nade in the air and then ult it making the radius of the fire and scanning much larger. Doing this to spawn ships does the same thing and can be an easy way to scan and damage them.
Been having success with Fuse this season. He's a great counterpick for Gibby/Rampart/Newcastle teams when they set up or bubble in any open area. Completely traps them

the list was almost perfect, the only thing wrong in my opinion is the ranking of mad maggie, she should be a little bit higher as she can fully counter newcastle, which has almost the highest pickrate (for now)

personally i would put mirage above mad maggie and maybe even above lifeline as mirage decoys can be super disorienting inside buildings and mid fight his passive can get a teammate up without anyone knowing and well lifelines ult is pretty rubbish
It's interesting to compare this to the current ALGS teams. You always see Gibralter every match every team, no exceptions, then a Wraith/Pathfinder/Valk for rotation, and a Caustic/Watson for zone control.
Yeah. This list is definitely not a competitive tournament list.

Can we talk about how good the havoc is this season??? I pick it up in the beginning and ill easily grab a few kills. Its always something that I switch out but i feel like its so good!
Havoc is far and away my favorite AR in the game, definitely had some great games with it
Fuse in arenas is crazy, buying 6 arc stars or thermites is amazing
Might get hate but as a seer main I’ve noticed that seer is really good for pre made teams and good communication but bloodhound is really good for solo queuing. But I just love seers kit 😂 it’s demon energy canceling heals 😈
Loba’s Bracelet has been broken for me for most of season 13 there’s been several occasions where I threw it that normally I would clutch the play. But we are now back to it not working consistently.
One thing I wish they would do for Octane is when he tactical stims he gains fortified. Its not broken as he already loses 10% health just to activate the stim. It also mimics him under the influence of a stimulant.

Fortified is for big slower moving legends octane is the opposite of that
@@connorhalbert2090 legends with a bigger hit box aren't slower, they all run the same pace as everyone else, it's just the animation that makes them appear slower. they have fortified for being a bigger target

My top 3 are the ones in this list. The only reason I do have Valk at one is because a free redeploy on Storm Point can't be overlooked. If Storm Point wasn't the main map currently I'd have Gibby at one, but because it is, I've got Valk at one.
Yeah storm point rotations can be a huge waste of time and valks ult literally takes that factor out of the equation. You can also literally see whenever a squad is nearby you so you play aggressive with your squad too.
As a revenant main I do agree with the spot he is In tho I'd I may add if you get a good understanding of his kit it can benefit you and your team a lot. I may not be revengful but I have stuck with rev since his launch and can say he is very good if you put time into him

Legend buffs I would recommend
Pathfinder: when he scans for a beacon, he not only gets his ultimate, but he also scans how many enemies are in ring area, everyone can scan nowadays so it won’t be a huge deal, it might be op, but it’ll allow for path to be more team coordinated
Wraith: her passive is super buggy and it can be the best and worst passive in game, it needs a buff
Seer: I feel like because his scans are going one direction, he can’t compete with bloodhound, maybe his scans can be more expandable and can scan more enemies
Bloodhound: so far bloodhound has been S tier since season 8, the only buff I would give him if for his scans to last longer, not like seer but just a bit longer
Horizon: she’s pretty good, only that her ultimate gets destroyed easily before it can be activated, maybe not nessesary but increasing the armor of the ultimate will slow her pushes to be better
Octane: his stim stick takes a lot of health, maybe decrease it, or make his jump pad a little bit less loud
Loba: the bracelet has a big cooldown for a tactical that launches her 5 feet and It goes so slow, she needs to yeet the bracelet, and for the cooldown to be lower
These are the legends I play so that’s why I don’t suggest a buff for every legend

Pathfinder should like have like a oil change ability were he heals and sheilds a bit faster or can break doors in one hit
To help pathfinder, just make him a pro in ziplines. Allow him to heal and have perfect accuracy in ziplines. Also his ziplines specifically could go a little faster than usual.
And allow him to remove them if he wants to. I hate when you make a zip to hight only for a team to use it to push you later

i feel like if they buffed revenants ult, making it where it has an area around it where you can activate it rather than having to be right next to it to activate it. this only works for teammates, enemies would have to walk up to it, but if teammates were within say 10-15 feet of it they could pop it and would respawn where they entered shadow mode. This would also help stop the totem trapping, ie enemies putting caustic traps or watson fences around the totem
Im honestly thinking that Respawn has something on Mirage. That they know buffing him would completely break the game by adding instant non flickering invis or completely symmetrical decoys. And thats why they don't. #buffmirage
Gibby is fine where he’s at. The dome shield isn’t omnipotent just like his gun shield isn’t. I actually think he needs buffed to not take storm damage in his dome shield which acts just like a heat shield so it makes sense to give it that bonus and maybe take away fortify for it. Gibby is team reliant and it makes him seem op when a trio plays well off him, but alone Gibby is at a disadvantage.
I don't really see why they would buff him though. Like why would he deserve these things?
@@TimProVision if they took away anything they would need to add something small like that. I don’t see why a bubble shield doesn’t function that way in the first place. It just makes sense 🤷♂️
The only change Gibby should get is making his run animation feel faster. I think he’s perfect where he’s at, otherwise, a nerf would be better than a buff.
Objectively I actually agree gibby is fine , his abilities just seem so op because of how Alg sweat lobbies are played and his abilities stand out more in that setting but if you look at the abilities he has for what they are , he needs a team to play well off of and without great communication he can be tough to play . No bias in this either I’m a loba main lol
Stormpoint being the only br map for launch week has definitely been annoying. The map makes valk feel like a must pick, and I think we can all agree that having a must pick legend is bad.

You can also turn while in the air with new castles ult and it will build the wall towards where you’re facing when you land
Imo, I think they shouldn't have added Valkyrie to the game in the fist place. Having a freaking jetpack is such a huge ability that has unlimited uses. Her ultimate is ridiculous and the ultimate positioning tool. Having such abilities breaks the game. If you're trying to win a game, it's a Must to have a Valkyrie in your team.
I think rampart mains can now actually play agressive rampart, it's kinda scary how fast you can kill people with her ult now, and it's really fun, definitely the buff she deserved to be actually competent.
Let's hope they don't nerf her just because people say she's op when they get killed by her mains lmao

Gibby’s gun shield is literally the most annoying thing I’ve ever experienced in any video game ever. I can’t stand dying to a Gibby that I literally shred but they just get saved by having 50 extra health and being fortified
Wraiths passive to notify you when your being aimed at is really good and stops enemies sneaking up on you
In higher tier lobbies, people shoot too fast for that passive to work. You will usually die or get cracked before her passive activates.
Personally I’m actually really sick of relying on a character to even progress. On stormpoint they need to add jumptowers, buff some movement character and increase valks ult cooldown to the highest in the game to even lower her power level.
I hate how Respawn is twiddling their thumbs on balancing her ult because she’s not fun to have in ranked because of that ult. Same with Gibraltar as well

I don’t see anything wrong with valk besides how long her jetpack last, valk was made because ALGS was just wattson and caustic holding down a building and was boring to watch they needed an extreme repositional ability on someone
It’s crazy to think that they have an actual legend balance team because they almost do no balance changes. Mirage and Wattson are still outclassed and a buggy mess, Gibraltar is still op and boring to play. Caustic gets easy value for little output and movement legends are hard meta. I’m not saying nerf movement legends just buff almost every other
Most are pretty viable. Some aren't buffed because of specific reasons. not everything can be super op metea.

Cannot stress the amount of time in low rank lobbies that I’ve seen an Octane in the middle of our terrain vs compound firefight,
decides to ult into the three very healthy enemy and dies before pinging his banner like a thousand times.

I would disagree on octane and wraith. Octane passive wont heal you after taking dmg, tactical is double edge sword taking 1/4 chunk of hp this legend teamplay non existent.
Talking about nonexistent theres wraith's passive, tactical slows you down to a halt while takes years to phase, her ult is the only thing going for her but it also slows her down before activating and you cant interact with doors or ziplines. If only she can phased thru walls like her name then shes welcome in the S tier.
As a wraith main I’m happy she is s tier even though her abilities don’t cause major damage but gives her really good movement

To be honest I don't really know what changes u can do to mirage to make him good cause he's just a clone making legend so I don't think apex legends could make any changes to mirage also Tim has one of the best tier list in the apex tier list so great work Tim!

Fade would be a preety good character as all his moves are basiaccly for escaping if like a team is on you for example Back Flash Can Basically Save You From A Emergency.
I think Maggie just needs some slight buffs.
Make her sprint faster when rocking shotguns, make the ball explode bigger, and the nodes faster. And I would say ash and Watson are the worst. Only think ash going for is her passive

Mirage hasn’t had any changes for a while but he’s been completey changed 3-4 times, meanwhile loba hasn’t changed since release, all they did was make her tac slightly easier to use but it still doesn’t work
She had some adjustments to her black market to be fair. Both in ammo taken and items taken plus the timer.
I still love playing Ash in Season 13. I usually have a temptation to snare my enemies every single time I shoot them.
There are so many capable Ashs out there, it's crazy

the perfect buff to Fuse would be to allow him to consume a grenade to do a type of grenade jump- about the height of Horizons lift but doesn’t affect teammates

I think Respawn usually only buffs a legend once, unless they nerfed too hard
@@repeekyraidcero problem with Fuse i feel like he is extremely map dependent- so storm point he’s good because it’s wide open and plenty of places to mortar and knuckle bomb great for punishing lacking players. but on somewhere like olympus you have to be very very particular with where you use both abilities depending where you are. i just think a movement aspect of Fuse could give him a ton more viability in all maps. at least something so he can compete with other legends
I do think it would be cool to test have mirage tac shoot fake bullets and when he does his ult 1/2 of his decoys shot fake ones every shot changing decoy

Wraiths passive is the most slept on thing in apex. It’s the only thing in the game that can save you from losing a fight you didn’t even see coming. You’re on crack if you think that’s not useful. Sure it’s nothing crazy but it helps a lot for how simple it is.

fuse is one of the most annoying legends to fight along with valk and wraith, his knuckle clusters are almost unavoidable and that mortar is crazy.
