WinUI still looks like a unfinished mockup design, not polished, not appealing at all, baked on touch only devices. Is there plan to make WinUI really a thing? I mean ok it can be customized per app but the default aspect isn't so nice and so the Windows 10 default apps.

You are nerd. JavaScript is fine. Infact one main reason of React Native/JS being so much famous compared to other hybrid frameworks is JavaScript itself. Many web developers use react native for the ease to "not learn a new language from scratch"... Something as useless as Dart.

I believe it could be more simplified if you created a framework in JS, just like Sencha ExtJS

I convince my colleagues to use fluent but they figure out that icons are proprietary and they dropped.
